  • The above prices are for four people staying. There is an additional charge per person over four staying as follows:
    Weekly lets over four staying is $400 or £200 per person.
    Weekend lets over four staying is $300 or £150 per person.
    Nightly lets over four staying is $200 or £100 per person.
    This is not like a hotel or a spa centre where you share the facilities. It is a dedicated one-to-one service with all the trimmings.
    If you don’t enjoy your stay for any valid reason I will gladly refund you your money before you leave.
  • A 30% deposit will be required. Payments can be transferred/wired direct to my bank account in Sterling, Dollar or Euro. Also accepted is cheque. A breakage deposit will also be required.
