Our beautiful electronically gated Villa is to be found on the prestigious Nuevo Portil Golf, only minutes from superb empty sandy beaches. It is located over looking hole 9 & has several perfect vantage points for observing golf with a cool G & T or for watching the sunset Our air conditioned(also heated) villa has been built to a high specification. The ground floor of the main house comprise of spacious double aspect lounge & dining room with open fireplace,patio doors. Furnished with leather sofas & an oak dining table that comfortably seat 10, TV, DVD. The fitted kitchen has Bosch appliances & a utility area. There are 2 bedroom, 1 with twin beds and 1 with a sprung double bed. Also there are 2 WC's and a bathroom. On the top floor is the master ensuite bedroom with large double bed and spacious roof terrace The annexe is across a walled courtyard (perfect for al fresco dining) and has a further 2 bedrooms and bathroom. There is an enclosed garden with private terrace & pool

Andalucian Nuevo Portil is in an area of outstanding natural beauty located between a lagoon and a nature reserve, framed by the sparkling blue sea and backed by verdant pine and juniper woods. The pretty seaside village of El Rompido, with its beachside restaurants renowned for their seafood dishes, is just 2 kilometres away. There is a little ferry ride from El Rompido to La Flecha, one of Andalucia's longest, wildest and most beautiful beaches, peaceful and protected on the estuary side, wild on the Atlantic side. El Portil, a few minutes walk from our villa brings you to tapas bars, restaurants, supermarket, internet cafe, cash machines, doctors and a pharmacy. Nearby are the coastal towns of Ayamonte & Isla Antilla and of course the vibrant city of Seville. The Algarve is just 25 minutes drive away.

Costa de la Luz: Costa de la Luz, 'coast of light' with its 3000 hours of sunshine a year offers a true insight into non-commercial Spain. Ideally located for visiting the beautiful, vibrant city of Seville, famous for it's Tapas, Flamenco, Palace and cool gardens. Within easy reach is the Sierra de Aracena famous for its free roaming,happy pigs that root for acorns and chestnuts and produce the cured Jamon.(Eating out in this area is always of gourmet standard and cheap!) Trips can easily be made to the Convent of La Rabida where Columbus set sail for America and Donana National Park, a must for birdwatching is within easy reach. About half an hours drive away is the amazing medieval castle of Niebla, and an hours drive takes you to the Rio Tinto mines. Wander through the narrow streets of Ayamonte with its numerous bars ad restaurants to discover stunning architecture and beautiful tiled squares. Typical parkland course where you will need many types of shots to score well,a test for golfers of all handicaps. Elegant, colonial club house with restaurant and swimming pool Islantilla-(1-9 3187 yds par 35, 10-18 3125 yds par 36, 19-27 yds Par 36). This high spec. championship 27 hole layout has fantastic greens with numerous holes affording sea views Isla Canela-(6833 yds par 72) flat open course with water coming into play on 10 holes Dunas de Donana-(6425 yds par 71) in the heart of Donana National Park, an area of outstanding beauty El Rompido - 2 pretty courses set amongst hundreds of pine trees Golf courses of the Algarve are within driving distance.
