A magnificent 5 year old south facing Villa, with stunning views. The various spacious patio areas and covered terrace , provide a choice of sun or shade at any time of the day. Javea Port is just a 15 minute walk from the villa, with its many bars, restaurants, shops and Marina. Situated on a residential urbanisation, the villa is surrounded by similar quality properties. Children and adults will love Aqualandia (a water park), Terra Mitica (a theme park) and Mundomar (dolphins) all located just outside Benidorm, a 40 minute drive. The house is set on a hill, giving wonderful views over the town, and from some of the rooms, views of the sea. The spacious accommodation is fitted with top of the range modern furniture and all bedrooms are ensuite. The 4 bedrooms are arranged on three floors and are very private. The villa is fitted with every modern convenience, and is extremely comfortable.

This villa is unique in that it is walking distance of all amenities, yet situated in a quiet residential area. A short 15 minute walk down the hill to Javea Port are the bars, restaurants, shops, beaches and Marina. The characterful Pueblo (old town) of Javea is within a five minute car drive. Well worth a visit for the ageless cobbled streets and the old church, still riddled with bullet holes from the Spanish Civil War. The historic bustling town of Denia is just a 20 minute drive North, over the Montgo mountain, which in itself is a wonderful drive. Denia boasts one of the largest and most modern Marinas in Europe, with promenades and restaurants open to the public. Also to be found there is a 17 kilometer long sandy beach. Beautiful Moraira lies a 20 minute drive to the South - once a small fishing village, it is now unrecognisable as an upmarket town with parkland and a sandy beach. There is certainly no shortage of things to do in this area.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A security deposit of 250 euros will be required against breakages or damage. This will be returned within 14 days of departure, less the cost of any damage. All linen and towels are supplied for each person plus a few beach towels. A 33% deposit will be required on signing the rental agreement, the balance eight weeks before arrival. The rental price includes the cleaning and weekly linen change. A welcome pack is left for each incoming client, also free of charge.
  • Our English speaking local Villa Manager will be at the villa on your arrival, to hand over the keys and explain how everything in the villa works, plus give some tips on local restaurants, places to see etc. They will be available throughout the rental period to help with any problems that could occur. To make the journey from the Airport to the villa run smoothly, a taxi can be organised on request, and a hire car rented locally. High chairs and cots can be organised where required, at a small extra charge.
  • We must ask that outgoing clients depart by 10.00 and incoming incoming clients arrive before 15.00, provision can be made to store their luggage safely at the villa.

Notes: As the accommodation is on three floors, there is a feeling of space and privacy. However, the tiled stairs could prove a worry for toddlers. Children are very welcome - there is more than enough to keep them entertained during their stay, and because of the villa lay-out, there is space for mixed age groups. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. and as the house is set up on a hill, the cool breezes are sufficient to keep the air moving even on the hottest days. This is truly a LUXURIOUS villa with top of the range mattresses, all matching linen, crockery and cutlery and with every conceivable electrical kitchen appliance. Our aim is that the villa is as enjoyable for our guests, as the sunshine.

Golf: The villa is close to four golf courses, the nearest being Javea Golf Course, offering a difficult 9 hole course in beautiful surroundings. This course is a mere 15 minutes drive. The second nearest is La Sella, an 18 hole course, shortly to become 27 hole. This course is approximately 25 minutes drive, and is well worth a visit, if it is only to have lunch in the Club House, set in the beautiful Marriott Hotel. Do not forget to bring a proof of handicap in order to play these courses.

Other Activities: There are two Green Bowling Clubs in the area, Javea Club and Benitachell Club. The Javea Bowls is just 10 minutes from the villa. For the more energetic, there are some wonderfull mountain walks, all sign-posted. More gentle walks are to be found along the cliff tops. These are called Miradors and again, are sign-posted so very safe and easy to follow, and a wonderful way to explore this beautiful coastline. Bikes can be hired in Javea, and boats can be chartered from Denia Marina. There are snorkling and diving courses, horse-riding, and tennis courts to be rented. In fact there are not many hobbies that cannot be accommodated.

Wir konnten zwar nur ein paar Tage in diesem Haus verbringen, haben aber die Zeit sehr genossen und uns viel auf der Terrasse und im Pool aufgehalten. Das Haus ist großzügig angelegt und sehr schön möbliert. Tolle Aussicht, vor allem bei Nacht. Die Betreuung war freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Kleiner Wermutstropfen war die nahe gelegene Baustelle, die störte sowie das sehr kleine 4. Schlafzimmer, das nur für Kinder gedacht ist und nicht wie bei uns für Erwachsene. Wurde leider vor Buchung nicht erwähnt. Kleiner Tipp noch an die Eigentümer: Bitte für deutsche Mieter auch eine Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung stellen. Danke.

A wonderful week in Spain

We had a wonderul family get together in this villa in early September. The property is spacious, stylish and well equipped, meaning our various family members could enjoy each others' company but escape to their own bit of space when they needed to. We had some lovely evenings eating al fresco having stocked up at the local market in Javea old town. There are a number of supermarkets within easy reach, and Javea port, with its lovely seafront esplanade and variety of eateries is a 15 or so minute walk - though longer to get home as it's all uphill! The pool was a big hit with adults and kids alike, and the walkers in the group enjoyed some rugged coastal walks. We also coincided with the port's annual fiesta, which gave the holiday an authentic Spanish feel. The villa managers, Ruth and Ken, were very attentive and responded quickly to any queries we had. All in all a great week in a beautiful property.

Stunning villa and great location

We stayed in the villa for two weeks this July and had a wonderful holiday. The villa itself is really well equipped, comfortable and very spacious. The outside areas are beautifully furnished and very practical and the pool is immaculate. The villa is in a great location, and has a lovely view over the valley and to the sea from certain points. I can highly recommend the property in every way and would hope to be able to visit again in the future. The youngest in our group was 2 years old and the oldest, 82, and the villa met all of our needs and more. We rarely dined out at restaurants as the barbecue, cooking facilities and dining area outside were great and it was a pleasure to cook and eat in!

Magnifique maison spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer un séjour extra.

Propriétaire et villa manager extrêmement gentille et serviable.

La maison est propre et sans surprise. Les chambres spacieuses climatisées permettent d'avoir une totale indépendance, elles bénéficient toutes de vastes salles de bain.
Le salon extérieur est idéal pour les apéritifs à rallonge du soir.

La région est belle et les plages très agréables.

Il y a toujours un peu d'air étant donné que la maison est un peu sur les hauteurs de Javea, ce qui permet de ne pas trop souffrir de la chaleur.

Je recommande cette villa pour sa situation, sa propreté, son confort et pour le sérieux de sa proporiétaire.

Our 2 week holiday in the sunshine was made perfect by this great villa. The actual property was far better than described on the web site and was beyond our expectations. The villa was immaculate and everthing you needed was available to hand. Our children spent most of the two weeks in the pool and it was fantastic for all the family. The owners were very friendly and helpful in every way. We would highly recommend this villa that is set in a lovely location within easy reach of all amenties and in a beautiful town.
