Spacious newly renovated elegant town house situated in typical friendly Dordogne Market town, sleeping 14. Of road parking for many cars. Within easy walking distance to excellent restaurants, cafes and bars, tennis courts, parks, canoeing on the river Dronne, cinema, banks and bakers. Four minutes walk to the largest Market in the Dordogne. Over two acre garden with pond, woods on boundary and stream, gardens and pasture land, full of wild life. Swimming pool with terrace, plus huge upper terrace, for dining out, dancing,ping pong with access to side traditional French garden with swing. French windows in kitchen, dining room and reception room all open onto the gardens and terrace. Rooms are large, 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 6 toilets. The lounge is 33 ft long, all amenities, all wooden stairs and floors. The Utility room has two washing machines, one dryer, huge drinks fridge, sink, plus cellars. Kitchen has huge commercial twin cookers with 5 rings, dishwasher,etc.
