A gorgeous villa with a private swimming pool, 1 km from the beach in Platja d'Aro, on the Costa Brava! This luxurious holiday home is perfect for families or groups of friends up to 8 people. There is a spacious garden with swimming pool (8 x 6m) and a big, partly covered terrace with stunning views out to sea, which has quality garden furniture and a barbeque for enjoying meals outside. The house itself has a lovely comfortable living room with a satellite flatscreen TV, DVD and a fireplace. There is also a dining room and a big kitchen (with a dish-washer, a washing machine, a microwave and a coffee-machine). There are 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins) of which 2 have their own private bathroom en suite. In total there are 3 bathrooms (2 have a bath and 1 has a shower). The house is located in a quiet residential area only 1 km from the sandy beach. The distance to the centre of Platja d'Aro with all its shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars is 2 km from here

Platja d'Aro is one of the most popular villages on the Costa Brava. This region is famous for its wonderful beaches in craggy bays with cristal clear blue seas. There are lots of places where you can do water sports and other activities like diving, sailing, windseurfing, cycling, climbing, golf, tennis and horseriding nearby. Only a few minutes away from Sagaro with ist beautiful beach, fancy restaurants, and the beautiful promenade. Playa de Aro is a shoping paradise with beutiful designer shops aswell as supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, it has a nice seafront promenade with restaurants, cafes etc., there you can take the coastboat to go to the other locations on the Costa Brava likeTossa de Mar, San Feliu or Palamos with ist nice harbour where you can seat in the popular bars, cafes and restaurants, sipping red wine oder sangria and eat fresh sea food just fished on its clearwathers and sold every day on the Palamos seafood market. Salvador Dali museum is only 45 m. away

  • The price is with linen, towels included, the final clelaning is also included and once a week there is a linen change and bathrooms cleaning.
    There is a deposit of 30% at the initial booking and the rest has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date.
    We do grant a discount of 15 % if you book at last minute that means 2 weeks before arrival.
    There ia also a deposit of EU 500 with its refundable if there is no damage when you leave the property

I stayed four times already together with my family and /for riends in this holiday villa. It has an outstanding hillside location with breathtaking views ob the Mediterranean sea and the wonderful bayshore (also at night !) not only from the terraces and the pool area but also from living/dining room and master bedrooms. The villa is well maintained and clean (weekly cleaning service). It is tastefully furnished and decorated with a light Mediterranean touch. Whenever I return there (and I do hope it will be soon) I immediately feel like at home. Although close to shops, restaurants and beaches access to a car is recommended.

2009 holiday in Playa de Aro

My wife and I and our three young children stayed in this villa this year together with another family and their two children. The hill-top location is quiet and secluded and only 10 minutes jog down to the beach or the shops and restaurants in Playa de Aro. The beaches in this region are amongst the finest in Spain with ultra clean coarse granite sand and crystal clear water. The villa itself is spacious, airy and clean, and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms with modern fixtures. There is a good sized pool and plenty of furniture and terrace areas for indoor and outdoor dining and relaxing. The planting around the pool is particularly attractive and restful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this year and I would recommend this villa to two couples with young families or perhaps a larger group of young adults. For shopping etc access to a car is essential. Only 20mins drive from Girona airport, and close to a variety of tourist attractions both up and down the coast. There is also a very pleasant water park within 5 mins drive.

Wir hatten in der Villa einen tollen Urlaub!!! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich, mit einem tollen Garten und Pool. Es wurde sich immer um den Pool, sowie um den Garten durch Gärtner gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Auf der Terrasse konnte man bequem verweilen und hatte noch dazu einen schönen Ausblick und vielleicht kommt wie bei uns,auch einmal ein Kreuzfahrtschiff ganz nah vorbei. Das Haus wurde einmal in der Woche gereinigt und mit einer schönen zu dem Zimmer passender Bettwäsche bezogen. Es ist von Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck alles reichlich vorhanden. Jeden Tag hatten wir Besuch im Garten von einem Taubenpärchen, das auf einem Nachbarbaum das Nest hatte.
Zum Ort sind wir meist ein Stück mit dem Auto gefahren, da die Villa auf einem Berg liegt. Im Ort selber gibt es sehr viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und einen Hafen.
Alles in allem war dieser Urlaub sehr schön und erholsam.

In dieser Villa kann man nur einen schönen Urlaub verleben.Der wunderschöne Pool im Garten,der auch für kleinkinder super geeignet ist lädt dort zum verweilen ein.Wenn das Wetter dann auch noch mitspielt,sind alle Wünsche für einen schönen erfüllt.Und sollte man dennoch ein Problemchen haben,steht die nette Haushälterin einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Wir fühlten uns jedenfalls sehr wohl dort.
