The townhouse was completely refurbished in 2008 with the add of a private pool and outdoor kitchen. It is rare to find a townhouse with its own pool in such a central and convenient location in Praia da Luz. The house is on one level with 3 bedrooms The large living area is tastefully furnished with digital/sat TV, DVD and CD player. Dining table seats 10. A large sliding door opens onto south facing sun terrace with outdoor kitchen with BBQ, set in secluded walled garden with pool. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with fridge-freezer, microwave etc..A great location for families or anyone who does not wish to drive at night after dinner out. The ultra stylish decor- designed by an Belgian Interior and landscape architect - will appeal anyone with a taste for the finer things in life.

Praia da Luz is an relaxed holiday village with a beautiful beach (short walk distance) with a number of water activities in the Summer. There is a supermarket 20 from the house, post office around the corner, restaurants in the street, a cinema close to hand. It has a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Lagos is approximately 5 km away to the East. It is a bustling town with plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs and a large marina from which various boat trips run. To the west of Luz are numerous seafront villages and bays. Some suitable for surfing. There are several golf courses in the vicinity, the closest being Boavista with is approximately 3 m from Luz.
