These small NEGRESCO STUDIOS are accessed by a lift, and consist of a double sleeper couch. A small table and chairs. There is a new large LCD flat screen TV and a DVD player. The bathroom consists of a shower, basin and toilet. Although these studios have a large window they have no view. The studio is small, and it is not in the hotel section, but it is in the most famous land mark building in Nice. International and local celebrities often stay at the NEGRESCO HOTEL. The NEGRESCO beach is directly in front of the building. View over a hundred international cable channels on the large LCD screen. Full access to the internet (broad band) wifi. (numeri-cable). Endless supply of hot water as it forms part of the NEGRESCO HOTEL supply. The apartment is 5 km from NICE AIRPORT. 18 km from MONACO. 25 km from CANNES. 80 km from the SKI RESORTS. 95km from ST TROPEZ. 28 km from GRASSE. Additional studio available if required.

The studios are accessed thru the grand apartment entrance at the back of the NEGRESCO HOTEL. I suggest that you look up NEGRESCO on the internet as there are many sites and tons of info regarding this historical building. It is rare to find studios for rent in this building at this price.

HISTORICAL BUILDING: Built in 1912, overlooking the famous Bay of Angels, and classified a National Historic Monument in 1974, the Hotel Negresco is one of the few remaining privately owned palaces still existing in the world. Jeanne Augier, owner and chairman, has created a unique living museum. Her desire to share her passion for art with her clients. We stayed in this nice appartement for 7 days to explore Nice. The location is phantastic especially when the weather is good you go to the nearby beach whenever you need some rest between your walking to the nearby market or other sightseeing in the city. Also after preparing our meal in the appartement we went for a walk along the seaside to watch the sundown.Also if you want to travel along the Cote d'Azur all busses start around the corner.We came by train and arrived the appartement after 10 minutes walk. The appartement is small but we found everything you need for feeling at home. The entrance of the appartement house shows the splendid of former days.

Many of the previous renters have breakfast and other meals on the beach because it is directly in front of the building.
Many of them roller-skate on the wide boulevard too.
The first floor studio has now been completely renovated with a new wooden floor and is now of the same standard as the 4th floor studio. So you have the choice of 2 studios in the best location in Nice.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to see you back in the future.
