With room for 6 guests, amenities include 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, you can enjoy a luxury holiday you will not forget. Maid services are provided and shopping, restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance. This home offers wonderful views on the marina and the nearby wide sandy beach is at your doorstep. Great shopping at both souks (bazars), a luxury spa is 10 minutes away. Two 18-hole golf courses are available for the golf enthusiast less than 5 km away. This new large 2nd floor condominium home is spacious,comfortable and welcoming. From the second you arrive, you are immediately drawn to the panoramic view of the harbour, the swimming pool from the balcony and the large wall size windows in the living room and both main bedrooms.

Yasmine Hammamet is a great resort with a custom-built Medina and new marina. In classic Moorish style, incorporating covered-bazaar shopping arcades, blue latticed shutters and balconies, courtyard cafés and trickling fountains. Enormous fun. There’s also a casino and Carthageland children’s theme park. Your holiday home is nestled right in the marina. Safe swimming, great restaurants and hotels and lots to see and do, Hammamet has absolutely everything for the perfect holiday. If you want to explore further, some of Tunisia’s most interesting sites: Tunis, Carthage, Dougga, Sousse and Kairouan are all within easy reach, either by hire car or on an organised excursion. Even a short drive out into the surrounding countryside can be a pleasant diversion, meandering through a landscape covered, just as it was in Punic times, with the rustic embroidery of olive and citrus groves. Water sports are nearby with sailing, windsurfing, para-sailing, water skiing, etc. Night life abounds

Lovely apartment in excellent position, close to beach and harbour, pool (empty in February), very helpful owners, plenty of excellent restaurants with great food and friendly and helpful staff. Only the cool weather (in February) disappointed. Would be great in summer with plenty of activities.
