Ferme grillou is a large south facing lodge set in beautiful mountain location. There are 3 bedrooms with one ensuite . The large kitchen /diner/ lounge is fully equiped with every thing for a perfect holiday and has a traditional feature open log fire, free logs are provided. The utility room has a shower toilet and sink with washer and tumble drier. The house is fully central heated. The games room has table tennis, pool table and darts and a luxury 7 seater hot tub. The private garden is perfect for bird and butterfly watching and appreciating the views. The private sun terrace is equipped with everything for sun bathing both in summer and winter and is perfect for barbecues. Linen, towels, electricity logs are all included. Easy access thru remote controlled electric gate and ample garage parking.

Ferme grillou is located 5km from the ski station le Mourtis and 20km from Bagneres de Luchon with many shops and restaurants catering for all tastes and prices. The roman village of St Bertrand de Comminges is close and is one of the prettiest villages in France. The Spanish border is 10 km and offers many shops and the international ski resort of Bequiera-Beret .The King of Spain has a house there. The river Garonne is 1km from the house with Rafting and Fishing. The mountain walks and cycle paths are some of the best in Europe and pass by the house entrance.
