This luxury villa of 480 sq m situated on a 1550 sq.m plot, has been fitted out to the highest possible standard. The 5 double/twin bedrooms with portable TV/DVD, 4 bathrooms, all with showers, (3 ensuite) 2 have private balconies and 2 have tiled terraces. Cot and High Chair. Secure parking with Electric gates. All rooms have double-glazing, fly screens, security shutters, air conditioning, under floor heating, burglar and fire alarm systems. There are 2 security safes installed. The kitchen is fully equipped with, American fridge, microwave, oven/grill, juicer, coffee percolator, and dishwasher with washing machine and dryer in separate area. The large comfortable lounge has a Pool table, Satellite TV, DVD, video and stereo. The HEATED salt water swimming pool 12m x 6m (1.8m deep end) has an integral Jacuzzi, pool cover, pool shower and built in BBQ area with outside fridge & sink, timber pergola, water feature in garden.
