The villa is situated in the residential Domain Jnan - Zeitoun (The Old Olive Garden) an ancient olive grove over 100 years old. This enclosed and secure complex spans 14 hectares in total with neighbouring villas thus creating a communal family type atmosphere - perfect for families or a group of friends. The villa is spacious (270m²) with tiled floors, an atrium with typical Moroccan lantern, fabrics in rich jewel colours and handmade Moroccan furniture thus creating an atmospheric feel yet with the modern comforts of everyday living. Pretty garden with lots of flowering shrubs, tropical plants, palms and lawn. Covered terraces and terracing by the swimming pool for outside dining. The property is staffed for client comfort; breakfast, lunch and dinner may be included for a reasonable supplement. The Domain boasts a tennis court, Volleyball, Petanque, Golf Practice Area, Fitness Suite, Massage, Beauty Treatments and Hammam.
