This house is a recent, modern construction of 105 m. Situated at the entrance to the village of Kalavarda (Rhodes, Greece) about 100 m from the beach. It’s ideal for family holidays, countryside or forest rambling, or just relaxing. It accommodates 2 to 5 persons. Two of the bedrooms open on to a terrace-balcony with a superb view of the garden. The village shops contain all necessary daily needs. The house is fully equipped and is only 3 minutes on foot from the restaurants and taverns, and about 3 km from the banks, pharmacy and supermarket. There’s a bus station exactly opposite the house (5 m).

Rhodes is the second largest island in the Aegean Sea, after Crete. Kalavarda village is situated in the west of Rhodes, 30 km from the town centre. The western side of the island has gorgeous valleys, forests, mountains made for amateur skiers and magnificent, isolated, magical beaches. It’s just right for nature walks and for visiting picturesque villages with lots of ancient features. It’s the perfect spot for family holidays, and just right for tranquil holidays.
