  • HOW TO PAY:
    A non refundable deposit of 150 Euros (£150) is payable to reserve the Holiday Apartment. An email confirming receipt of your payment will be sent to you as well as an Information Pack including details of your Holiday Apartment, Surrounding Area, Travel Directions and Contact Details. The remaining balance is required in full to secure the booking 8 weeks in advance of your booked holiday dates, unless agreed otherwise.
    You will be met on your arrival to Peniscola and taken to your Holiday Apartment and shown the facilities as well as given the keys, etc. You will also be met on your departure to return keys, etc.
    Arrivals after 23:00 or departures before 8:30 will be charged an additional 15 Eur per hour.
    A supplement of 25 Eur for each extra person, if more than 4 people stay.
    Standard changeover days: Any Day. Departure by 10:30, arrival after 15:00. We are happy to negotiate changeover days and times depending on your requested period of stay and availability.

Excellent Apartment on secure Complex

We have just returned from a fantastic relaxing holiday in Peniscola. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the complex was very quite for the height of summer. Jodie was very informative even gently reminding us not to leave the air conditioning on in our absence! We didn't do that again! The children aged 8 & 13 loved the pool and the local small coves.The North Beach at Peniscola was sandy and relatively clean with clear warm sea with brilliant waves, excellent for body boarding. The old town was lovely and the visit to the castle was worth the climb in the heat! This complex is a great base to explore the surrounding area with easy access to Valencia and the European Grand Prix a definite highlight of our holiday! There are a few local restaurants. A car is a must as the local supermarket is an experience in its self and the nearest beach was too far for me to walk with a very bad back. We all agreed that we would definitely like to return to this complex again soon.

Quality accommodation with great views

Lovely apartment in a nice complex, our hosts Jodi & Lucie were extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble if you wanted it. The welcome pack was a nice touch especially as we arrived latish in the day. We spent a lot of time by the pool and on our own sun terrace which affords a good level of privacy given its an apartment. The town of Peniscola we liked immensely, extremely Spanish and getting parked to use the town beaches was a challenge some days. The north beach runs on for about 4 or 5 km, nice sand, gentle slope into the sea and no seaweed or the likes. Loungers, parasols, pedaloes etc all available and lots of choices of cafe's, restaurants, and bars. There is a small old town with castle on a penisula, fantastic views up and down the coastline. We all rated it (Myself and partner and 2 teenage boys). Did trips out to aquarama water park to the south and to Port Aventura to the north, both great trips out, would recommend the evening ticket for the latter, 7 til midnight. A car is really essential as the property is abput 4km out of town, there is some public transport but having the car made it a whole lot easier.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
