A well appointed, tastefully decorated studio appartment in a well maintained modern complex. The studio features 2 single or 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds, fitted wardrobes,fitted kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, safe, marble bathroom (with jacuzzi bath) and a sun terrace with patio table and chairs and a view of the Med! The apartment block itself is a small modern complex, with secure underground parking, lift access to all floors, intercom entry system and a private sun trap pool and patio area

Pleasant but small

The apartment was as described, however as a couple, we found it very small for our needs. Although there is a safety deposit box, the owner was not able to give us the access code to open it.

The apartment is located very close to the marina in Duquesa which is excellent for restaurants and bars, however the apartment is also very close to the main A7 road with 4 lanes of traffic which could be heard especially when the balcony door was open. It was not as quiet as we expected.

There was secure, underground carparking, and luckily we had a Smart fortwo car as the space was very tight.

The owner was very slow to respond to e-mails, and did not respond to my telephone calls the night before arrival to help me make alternative arrangements to pick up the apartment keys as the keys he had posted had not arrived. Eventually I had to telephone his neighbour in Spain and she arranged for me to meet her friend to collect the key. Brendan never contacted us to check if we had got into the apartment.

Overall, the apartment is close to the main amenities in Duquesa, which is a lovely town with a great marina and local beaches. However we found it just a bit too small but should have expected this from a studio.

Really beautiful..!

Everything is in the description of the apartment you can find in your stay: the location and the facilities are perfect so you can have the kind of vacation you like. We were 2 + 1 little girl and we were looking for something next to the beach, safe, quiet but close to shops and restaurants, not too big but enough comfortable and good price : found it! We really really enjoyed our stay and we absolutely recommend it.

clean, compact, modern apartment for couples wanting a nice apartment in an ideal location close to all amenities and the all important beach
best suited for couples wanting a relaxing holiday, but well within reach of more liveily resorts.
Plenty of good quality golf courses, pubs and restaurants.
