This is a beautiful modern villa only a short walk from the beautiful beach of Pantanagianni with its crystal clear waters. Sit with a glass of local wine on the veranda overlooking the olive grove or in the shade of the pine trees, in this very private location. There are many great restaurants and bars in the local towns within just a few minutes drive or you may visit the fantastic city of Ostuni just 10 minutes away. Visits to Southern Italy don't get much better than this. The Villa has new furniture throughout, a new fitted kitchen, air conditioning and an open fireplace.

Lovely villa in very secluded location - quite remote - must have a car - good base for touring the area - Ostuni nearest town is about 10 minute drive which has a fantastic market- Lecce is a beautiful city to the south about 30 mins drive - close to lovely beach 5 minute walk

We had a great time at your villa - thanks. The weather was fantastic and we had everything we could have wanted. The villa is comfortable and became a home from home - our son who is 7 loved the bedroom.
The beach is close and very safe for children - made our life very easy.
We loved Ostuni and Rosa pizzeria just around the corner was lovely - great value for money and very friendly.

Terrific little villa sat in its own grounds, completely secluded and secure. Great veranda for eating out on, and whiling away the evenings, spacious patio area for sunbathing.

Inside modernly finished and furnished, well equipped & immaculately clean throughout. Plenty of space for eating in, if you prefer not to eat al fresco.

Beach 5 mins on foot, easy access and not to far off dual carriageway, must mention fantastic seafood to be had at San Sabatina 5 mins along the coast.

We totally enjoyed this villa, it ticked all our boxes its seclusion, tranquility and the evenings spent out on the veranda with del vino rosso, we had an excellent stay here, enjoyed Puglia and would not hesitate to book this villa again.

our overall opinion of the villa was very good.it was very well eqiuped, the location was good for beach and close to local other beaches and amenities.We all rated the whole holiday excellent and would not hesitate to book this villa again.

The Villa Verde is a clean,well equiped, comfortable villa in a quiet location just outside the village of Pantanagianni. The air conditioning was a godsend as it was very hot when we arrived. There is plenty of out door furniture and plenty of shade. The villa stands at the end of a long drive and is not overlooked by any other property. We were met by the owners representative who lives locally and was very helpful.

We visited the main towns in the area. Ostuni is lovely with fantastic views to the coast. We particularly liked Martina Franca and Alberobello with its Trulli houses. We drove down from Rome so cannot comment on either Bari or Brindisi airports.

We ate out every night. The average bill for two with wine was about 40 euro, which we felt was fantastic. There are several restaurants at the small resort of San Sabina and the nearest town of Carovigno, But beware, very little english is spoken.

The beach (slightly more than 500m away) is small but very pleasant. You can hire loungers and beach umbrellas, and there is a bar and snack bar.

One thing we found was that as the end of September came closer, more and more facilities closed. There is a definite holiday season.

All in all a very pleasant holiday in a lovely villa in a great location.
