THE LOCATION:
Located strategically well to get you to the parks and near to shopping and Championship golf courses. Only 20min's from Walt Disney World parks. This villa is perfectly situated in the gated community resort of 'Watersong' which is a brand new development custom built for holidays in the sunshine state. This luxurious, beautifully designed villa is situated perfectly, overlooking a lovely lake area at the 'Watersong Resort', close to exit 58 off the I-4, North of Polk County. Ideally located 20 min's from the Disney World Parks and avoiding the hustle and bustle of a very busy HWY 192. This newest community gives great access to parks, golf courses (Such as 'Reunion' Champions Gate and Southern Dunes) and shopping Supercentres (Such as Wal-Mart and Publix etc).
Payment:
A deposit of £200 / $400 is required to secure your booking.
The final balance is due 10- 8 weeks prior to your vacation
A security deposit of £200 / $400 is also require with your final payment,This is fully refundable approx 2 wks after you vacate our home providing no damage is caused.
The accommodation is provided solely for the use of the client and guests named on the booking form or as amended by agreement with us in writing. Subletting and/or reassignment is strictly prohibited. No clothing, bedding or similar items shall be dried or aired in the outdoor area. Check out time is 10.00 hours local time on the day of departure (PS note late departure fee will be made after this time). Check in time is not before 16.00 hours local time on the day of arrival. The whole of the villa is designated as NO smoking for safety and comfort.
It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance cover for all members of your party for personal injury etc.
