This high quality residence is located in a good area on the Western part of Antibes, within close distance to shops, beaches and all local facilities. Built in 2007, it includes a beautiful swimming pool and a secured access by automatic gates, which grants you peace and quiet during your holiday. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor, on the corner. It opens out onto a very large and sunny terrace of 35m², which enjoys nice open views and a little sea view. The apartment is perfectly equipped, for your greatest comfort, with for example reversible air-conditioning system in each room, satellite TV and WIFI internet access. An excellent holiday apartment, with the advantages of a pool, a beautiful view, a peaceful situation and at the same time the proximity to the town centre. IMPORTANT! Please note that it is absolutely FORBIDDEN to smoke inside the apartment.

Antibes is situated between Nice and Cannes, at the bottom of the prestigious peninsula Cap d'Antibes, and only 13 Km from Nice International Airport. Founded in the 4th Century BC, Antibes is today the 3rd largest city on the French Riviera, and certainly the nicest one! The imposing Fort Carré is protecting the entrance of the 'Port Vauban' harbour, where the most luxurious yachts are moored. Next to the harbour, the old town is one of the most charming and typical area of the coast to wander about, with the typical ambience of its pedestrian little streets which lead to the very lively and popular Provencal market selling local products. Encircling the old town from the sea front, medieval ramparts lead up to the Grimaldi castle (better known today as the Picasso Museum), from which you will enjoy a magnificent view over the whole bay of Nice, with the French Alps in the background.
