Seaside studio sized Villa on Mediterranean coast of Spain with spectacular views surrounded by mountains, clear blue sea, and a spectacular coral blue cove only 200 feet below. Walk a paved path lined with rosemary, lavender and pine trees to the beach below in less than 10 minutes. More romantic place will be hard to find. New construction. Queen-sized bed. A beautiful private seaview open air terrace hovers above the shoreline where you can experience nature at its best while dining, sunning or just relaxing. There is 10 meter (33 feet) private swimming pool. Villa is not suitable for small children, due to the its mountain-sided privileged location literally 250 feet above the seashore. Please inquire for further information to accomodate two couples in separate villas within the same property.

Magnificent!

We spent a wonderful vacation in this amazing place! The owners are lovely people, very welcoming and happy to help. On our arrival they explained us all the essentials and provided with all information needed.

The villa is located on the hill, and the view is just incredibly fabulous! The views are better than on the pictures! The beach is 10 minutes walk down the hill, where we found a couple of little restaurants.
But most of the time we didn't want to go out of the place, just wanted to stay on the villa and enjoy a wonderful pool, very clean and well-maintained, a stunning view and our privacy.
During our stay we felt like home - it's very cosy and stylish, the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, the terrace is a perfect place to enjoy the view, the sound of the sea and a glass of wine.

It's a fantastic place for two and we can't wait to return!

We would like to thank the owners for all the help and for possibility to have such a special holiday.

Just Perfect

After 9 years of married life finally got around to our 'honeymoon' and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot. The property is stunning - the pictures don't even start to do it justice and the owners couldn't have been more helpful and giving - although they gave us our privacy too.
Were slightly concerned when we booked that they prefered not to give us the address but having met them in town and been guided up the mountain roads we then totally understood why they rather do this for safety reasons.
There is so much to do and see locally - the owners can guide you to the best of the best if you require - or you can just sit by the pool. We particularly liked L'Era at Parcent - fabulous traditional Paella and spectacular views and the day's sailing around the coast, complete with lunch. The train ride to Altea was also a real highlight and so reasonable.
We can't remember feeling this relaxed. We can't wait to return - we just need to find childcare.

A perfect getaway!

The pictures on this website make the location look amazing, it is!

From the moment we arrived we had a fantastic stay. The infinity pool is a stunning feature but the location on the hillside is the real champion, it was really something to have breakfast (and the odd BBQ) while enjoying such a view.

A car is essential for the location however there are several good restaurants around the bay below which are walkable.

The accommodation is excellent and we were made to feel really welcome from the moment we met our host and, as mentioned in other reviews, we had complete privacy throughout our stay.

We would strongly recommend this property.

The holiday could not have been more perfect. The views were breathtaking and you could even hear the sea lying in bed. The owners were lovely and even lent us their coffee machine as we are coffee lovers. There are 2 little restaurants about a 10 minute walk away by the beach. We had tapas watching the moon rise over the sea. We will definitely be going back.

Spectacular Views - Better than any photos

Our holiday hideaway definitely exceeded our expectations. The view was so unbelievably spectacular that we spent a lot of time just staring at it. The apartment was quite comfortable, tastefully decorated, and immaculate with everything we needed - kitchen with microwave, barbecue, stove-top, lovely dishware, and separate bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed. A nice touch was our welcoming gift - fresh fruit and cooled juice, beer and champaign.

Although we had a car, some days it stayed parked and we stayed at our peaceful hideaway. There is a large swimming pool which we had to ourselves. We very much enjoyed our trail walks down to the uncrowded beach (about 1/3 of a mile). At the bottom there are a few small cafes and a trailhead for a several mile loop path that traverses the hill of the opposite side of the cove. We hiked 1.5 miles R/T to a 1700’s fortress where there is trail junction located at the cove point that overlooks clear blue-green waters. One can hike for miles - that is with good shoes on – all the while enjoying gorgeous sea views.

The city of Javea offers a beautiful sandy beach, a long seafront walkway, and large array of beachfront shops and restaurants.

I highly recommend this Mediterranean vacation gem that is just perfect for two.
