The property has a lovely living area with a comfortable seating arrangement around a wooden and glass coffee table and an elegant dining table and chairs for six people. There is a hatch through to the clean white kitchen which is fully equipped with everything needed for full self catering including a dishwasher and has a separate utility room which houses the washing machine. On the first floor there are two bedrooms; one with a single bed, fitted louvered door wardrobes and space for a second mattress while the second bedroom has two single beds and a small balcony and an en-suite shower room. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a TV and a lovely en-suite marble bathroom with double hand basins and a balcony over looking the pool and gardens. In front of the townhouse is a terrace and small garden which leads to the communal pool area and beautiful mature landscaped grounds. From here it is just 2 minutes walk to the beach.

This charming townhouse in the very popular Costalita development, situated between San Pedro and Estepona and just two minutes walk to t the beach. There are great choice of shops and restaurants within five minutes of Costalita, and some of the best beach bars on the coast are close by, including Cafe del Mar and the fabulous Pura beach. It is also a great base from which to explore some of the inland towns such as Istan or Ronda and Gibraltar is less than half an hour drive. Estepona has a lively port that is well worth a visit and a regular market on Wednesdays. In the other direction you are just ten minutes drive to the decadent Puerto Banus which is always great fun for people watching and to admire some of the mega yachts moored there! Marbella , with its charming old town and great shopping is a further five minutes drive. There is plenty to do for families in the area including the fabulous Selwo Adventure park, popular with adults and kids alike!
