This beautiful duplex appartment overlooks Arenl's bay. It is located in a peaceful resort, only 5 minutes walk to a long shallow beach, ideal for kids, and to local amenities and basic services (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc).The appartment has a front terrace with table and chairs for seating up to ten. The living area, with large windows facing the sea, has TV, CD/Radio player. The kitchen is provided with all necessary facilities (modern vitroceramic kitchen, oven, fridge, washing machine, etc). Upstairs, there are 2 full bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms, with balconies looking to the sea or to the pool and gardens of the resort.

The resort has two supermarkets, bar and restaurant. In the vicinity (at walking distances), you can find a variety of amenities and entertainments such us restaurants, lively bars with on-site activities, car-rental, boat-rental. The beach: The calm and shallow crystal waters of the bay make them ideal for families with children, but the resort also offers a good variety of water sports.
