Newly built and equipped apartment with good quality furnishings. Complete with marble worktops and high and low units, the kitchen is fully equipped if you fancy a home cooked meal using fresh ingredients from one of the markets. There is an extendible dining table and chairs in the kitchen and a set of chairs and a large table on the balcony to give you a choice of dining areas. The sunsets from here are truly wonderful. The lounge area is furnished and has traditional Turkish curtains, rugs and cushions. There are a selection of board games, puzzles and books available for your use. Two sets of sliding patio doors lead onto a west facing balcony with stunning views over the sea and surrounding countryside complete with a built in BBQ. The Roof Terrace has sun loungers and a pegola and is very private and has a small drinks area. It is totally enclosed and very safe for children. Enjoy the 360 degree views of the mountains and ocean.

Notes to the rental rates

• Unlike many of our competitors our prices INCLUDE electricity, air con, gas, water, linen and cleaning.
  Early, late and long stay discounts are available as are combined discount if you book 2 apartments together.
  Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday is included in the price, however if you book for two weeks a mid term towel and linen charge is included in the price but not an apartment clean. Extra cleaning can be requested at extra cost.
  
• Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required, which will be refunded within four weeks of your return (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
  25% of rental fee is required to secure your booking, balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
  
• On-line payment by credit card and debit cards. UK cheques and UK Bank Transfer also accepted.

The Royal Blue Complex

Royal Blue is a newly built small exclusive complex of only 18 units built on the hillside in Gumuskaya over looking Koyunbaba Bay. Our apartments are in a block of four with their own private landscaped garden with banana, apricot, lemon, orange and olive trees. There is also a communal lawned and landscaped garden with a large swimming pool (18m x 8m), children's splash pool and pool furniture. There is a private parking space for each apartment.

Getting there

Fly to Bodrum - Milas (BJV) airport and hire a car or we can arrange a private transfer to Royal Blue for you. There are regular Charter and low cost flights from London and regional airports plus scheduled flights from London via Istanbul. -- Airlines flying to Bodrum BJV -- Please contact us for booking your airport transfers or for help with arranging a reliable car hire at reasonable cost. It is also possible to fly to Kos and take the ferry to Bodrum.
