Fully licenced for rental with local council authority. A larger than usual 2 bed first floor apartment that is furnished to a high standard, the apartment incorporates 2 bedrooms, living / dinning area. The kitchen is a well equipped kitchen with Micro wave, Hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms are well furnished with bedroom 1 having access onto the 2nd balcony and also an En-suite bathroom. Also available for use is a travel cot. Living area consists of 1 sofa and 1 sofa bed with TV and DVD player with satellite connection, there is also access vis patio doors to balcony 1. The apartment is also air conditioned. Arrangements can be made for airport transfers and welcome pack to be at the apartment for your arrival. There is secure underground parking should you wish to hire a car and lift access is available to the apartment.

A 10 min walk from the apartment brings you to Pria Da Oura or Pria Da Santa Eulalia beaches which form some of the many fabulous beaches in the area (Further beach details are available on your arrival at the apartment). Other activities within a 15 min drive are: Water theme parks, Golf Courses, Horse riding, Sailing, Walking plus many more activities, again more details can be found at the apartment on your arrival. Within Corcovada you can find help with organising Taxi's, Golf Tee Times, booking of restaurants to name but a few.

Hi,
We just spent 10 days in this wonderful apartment. We had a great time, the apartment is fully equipped with all the mod cons needed.
The apartment is very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beautiful beaches. We had a car but it's not needed if you just stay in Albufeira.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Just returned from a 5 day stay at this excellent apartment.
We found the villa perfect for location and had all the facilities you could wish for, i would definitley stay here again. The owner communicated clearly and promptly from my first enquiry. I'm sure if you book this you will be very pleased.

This property his situated in the most perfect place in Portugal .The swimming pool is always kept clean and tidy and there is never any issue’s in getting a sun lounger. The apartment is fitted out to a very high standard with every possible appliance’s you will ever need.The apartment is kept clean and very well maintained.The area is lovely and it is only a five minute walk away from the first of two strips ware there is a vast array of shops and restaurants which are extremely good and not expensive. The second strip which is a ten minute walk from the apartment has a lot more shops , restaurants and bars with a couple of night clubs. With out doubt the two weeks we spent on holiday was by far the best two weeks I and my wife have had on holiday. I would more than recommend this apartment to anyone how is looking for a relaxing holiday in a fantastic apartment. I have recommended the apartment to all my family and friends and they have booked up for next year. We loved it so much that we have booked for the next two years.
