Trebaluger is a quiet semi-rural village full of charm and character, with a well stocked supermarket within a5 min walk, selling excellent fresh meats, fruit, vegetables and freshly baked bread. You’re never very far from the sea, the pretty sandy cove at Cala Rafalet is within walking distance, within a 5 min drive is the beautiful harbour of Cales Fonts in Es Castell and 10 min to the elegant port of Mahon, all boasting a myriad of restaurants. The sandy beaches of Punta Prima, Alcalfar, Binibequer, Binissafuller are again a 10 minute drive.

  Changeover day is normally on a Friday. Arrival after 2pm, departure before 10am. Special arrangements may be possible to match flights on other days, particularly in the low season. If an extra bed or cot is required the cost would be: Extra person [7th] £100 and cot £30

Villa

Fully equipped fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces and good storage. Gas cooker, extractor hood, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, central heating. Beautifully presented large open plan lounge/dining room. Lounge with 2 large sofas, side table, satellite TV/DVD player and CD player. Dining area with dining table and chairs. There are fans in all bedrooms and lounge. Both master bedroom and lounge have air conditioning, if you would require this during your stay a surcharge of £70 per week would be made. The house is fully prepared for your arrival. All linen and bath/beach towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis, if you require extra cleaning or linen change during your stay this can be provided and would be charged at 15 euros per hr. Terracing around private pool (8m x 4m), with sun loungers and umbrella, is totally enclosed and not overlooked. It benefits from the sun all day long.

Menorca

The Island of Menorca is quiet, unspoilt and the least commercialised of the Balearic Islands, yet it still has every modern facility and is ideal for a real 'get away from it all' family holiday. Measuring only 30 by 18 miles, the island has numerous sandy beaches, coves, small bays and attractive fishing harbours around its rocky indented coastline, while the interior boasts several charming small towns and villages. There are excellent bird watching regions, and the countryside offers numerous delightful walks, many of which include fascinating prehistoric sites and other places of historical interest. The capital, Mahon, is situated at the head of a magnificent harbour that some two hundred years ago was 'home' to the British Fleet under the command of Lord Nelson. The influence of the British, who ruled the island for a total of 70 years, can be seen in the Georgian architecture, in the language, many folk customs and in the locally manufactured gin!

The villa has a large sun terraces overlooking the gardens and pool. The property is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean walled garden with lots of Mediterranean plants, pots and colourful window boxes, extensive terraces surrounding a large pool and barbecue area with dining table and chairs, sun loungers, large sunshades and a large outside comfortable wicker sofa and chairs, also another decking area with dining table and chairs and wicker chairs for relaxing, its a good area to take breakfast, as it is shaded in the mornings.
