This cute appartment is located in a peaceful resort, only 3 minutes walk to a shallow beach, ideal for kids, and to local amenities and basic services (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc). There are two wonderful coves at walking distance. The appartment has a front porch with table and chairs for seating up to 6. It overlooks the sea, the pools and the gardens. The living/dining area has a sofa bed, new flat TV with TDT, DVD, and a small library. The kitchen is provided with all necessary facilities (modern vitroceramic stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, etc). There are 1 full bathroom and 2 double bedrooms.

The rest of the payment should be made at least two weeks before your arrival plus a deposit of 350 euros that will be refunded when we get the keys back and check that the apartment and the furniture are in order.
