This cute appartment is located in a peaceful resort, only 3 minutes walk to a shallow beach, ideal for kids, and to local amenities and basic services (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc). There are two wonderful coves at walking distances. The appartment has a front porch with table and chairs for seating up to 6. It overlooks the sea, the pools and the gardens. The living/dining area has a sofa bed, new flat TV with DTT, DVD, and a small library. The kitchen is provided with all necessary facilities (modern vitroceramic stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, etc). There are 1 full bathroom and 2 double bedrooms.

Arenal d'en Castell is a small town in the Minorca Northern Coast. The town has a long sandy beach (660 m x 25 m) and is built around the sides of the bay overlooking the sea. It mainly consists of vacation villas and apartments with a few larger hotels. Commercially it has four small Spar super markets and a number of bars and restaurants, including an Australian bar, Japi's, an Irish Pub, and Kane's Bar.

The rest of the payment should be made at least two weeks before your arrival plus a deposit of 350 euros that will be refunded when we get the keys back and check that the apartment and the furniture are in order.
