You are looking at one of the nicest luxury apartments in Prague. This gorgeous, 110 Sq. meter, newly reconstructed luxury apartment with modern floor plan features designer furniture, furnishings, accessories, high ceilings and flush mount halogen lighting throughout the entire apartment. An exquisite kitchen with a complete complement of high quality kitchen accessories, granite countertops and island counter with designer bar stools. A 42 inch plasma TV with DVD and stereo in the main living area, an Italian design walk-in closet in the master bedroom, extra large Jacuzzi tub in the master bath and designer furniture throughout. Dimmer controlled lighting in the main living area. The two extra bedrooms feature American style closets with sliding doors. The smaller bedroom also doubles as an office. The common areas of the building are clean, well kept and the building has a working elevator. The reconstruction of this apartment was finished in January 2008, everything is new.

This gorgeous, centrally located luxury apartment is located in the Nove Mesto (New Town) area of Prague 1, busseling during the day, quite at night, and is walking distance to all the centrally located tourist attractions, including the Charles Bridge, Wenceslas and Old Town Squares, both a seven minute walk, and central Prague's main shopping areas. The 700 year old St. Peters Catholic Church is a 40 meter walk. Several casual and fine dining restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies are all just a short walk. A small convenience store is located on the ground floor. This is a very fun area of Prague 1. This flat is less than 300 meters from Europe's newest and most exclusive shopping mall, The Palladium centre. Many people and rental companies claim to rent luxury apartments here in Prague. If it has a toilet and is clean, it easily becomes a luxury apartment here. We would like you to know that this is truly a luxury apartment by American standards.

Boys weekend in Parague

A group of four guys stayed in this lovely apartment for a bank holiday weekend and found the place to be very comfortable, and the service levels on arrival and departure from the apartment were excellent.

I would recommend staying there, especially for a group of 4 or more.

We were very pleased with our stay at this apartment. It was very comfortable, and had all the luxuries you could hope for while on vacation. We would definitely stay here again. It was very comfortable for my family of 5. Jeff was also helpful, and has written information in the apt. that we found helpful.

The Best play to stay in Prague

All I can say is that this the one of the best places I have ever stayed in. I travel over 200 days a year and have been to Prague before and stayed at the Marriott. Nothing compares to the level of service, location, and the amenities that were included in this place.
