The Duck Key Villas at Hawks Cay offer privacy and seclusion, yet access to all the services and amenities offered by a four diamond resort. No other Keys destination has such a rich combination of comfort and excitement. Go shopping at the Marina store and dine in, or try some of the casual and cutting-edge cuisine that Hawks Cay Resort has to offer.
Hawks Cay is the only resort in the Keys with an 85-slip, full-service marina and the best fishing in the Florida Keys. In addition to a wide range of charters and everything from deep-water to back-country fishing, you can indulge in on-site water-sports like sailing, jet-ski tours, para-sailing, sunset cruising and more. If you can do it on the water, you can do it at Hawks Cay. If you would like to get pampered for a little while, try the Calm Waters Spa.
This spacious two-story townhouse offers 1,320 square feet of living space, which includes a living and dining room, full kitchen, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The outdoor terrace provides water views. This villa sleeps up to eight people.
The décor features a casual and laid-back Florida Keys theme. As Duck Key Villas feature several Cottage Villas, the photographs shown are only a sampling of our villas. As each villa has a unique design, your Duck Key villa will most likely differ in décor.

Hawks Cay Resort provides Trash & Tidy service to our vacation rental guests, which on a daily basis includes removal of trash and change of towels and bathroom amenities if needed. Dirty dishes will be loaded in the dishwasher, and our housekeeping staff will replace kitchen soap and paper towels as needed.
For guests staying more than seven days, the villa will receive full service every seven days. This includes change of linens, towels, bathroom amenities, and cleaning of bathrooms. Our housekeeping staff will wash the dishes and replace kitchen amenities, as well as clean the windows, porch and outside furniture. The entire villa will be swept, vacuumed and mopped.
