This Villa is not just for the golfer but ideal for all types of holidays in the sun, with beautiful beaches 500mts away just a short 8 min walk. A large selection of restaurants and bars are just 1.5 Kms away in the town, again a short 15 min walk along the ocean promenade.

The beautiful beaches are set just beyond the Centre .The Main town of Caleta is a short 15 minute walk along the ocean promanade, Here you will find a vast selection of shops including jewelers, pharmacy, car hire clothing etc plus many bars restaurants.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices for the Villa are based in 2 catagories - A fixed weekly rate up to 8 people for dates between 16 Dec - 9 Jan & 19 July - 6 Sept. On all other dates, prices include for 2 people sharing one bedroom, for any additional persons, please call or email for a quotation. Prices are fully inclusive of pool heating, air conditioning and a welcome pack of water, juice, tea, milk sugar and coffee. note the pool is equipped with a solar cover therefore the pool heater is not normally required from the 8 April - 8 Nov. A 10% deposit is required to secure your dates with the balance required 8 weeks before travel, there is also a returnable £200 breakage deposit required, this must be paid before departure by cheque or Bank Transfer.
  • A full clean of the villa and clean linen and towels are included mid holiday on a 14 day stay, there will be an extra charge if a mid holiday clean is required for 10 days or less, beach towels are not supplied. Baby cot and high chair are available free, we are flexible with changeover days. We will endeavour to accommodate all guests with there arrival and departures with respect to their flight times. When this is not possible, a 10am departure and 4pm entry may need to be adhered to.

Los Lobos: To the north of the Island approx 50 kms from Caleta is Corralejo Just a short boatride away from here you will find the Nature Reserve of Lobos almost churchlike in its peace and tranquillity. You'll have the wonderful view back to Fuerteventura and the chance to spot plants and birds not to be found anywhere else on the planet.

Oasis Park: Oasis Park (La Lajita) A visit here will be one of he most exciting days of your holidays! La Lajita Oasis Park, situated in the south of Fuerteventura approx 45 km from Caleta is open all the year round, it is a natural paradise of more than 780.000 m². You will enjoy an unforgettable day visiting one of the most important projects created to protect and preserve the unique flora and fauna of the Canary Island. There are animals from all over the world as well as the typical Fuerteventuran Goats, Donkeys and the 'Majorero' Camel. Oasis Park offers you a lot of interesting and very entertaining shows and a camel safari - some say the highlight of the day! Animal Park - African Savannah - Botanical Garden - Sea Lions Show - Parrot Show - Birds of Prey Display - Reptile Show - Camel Safari

Morro Jable / Jandia: Morro Jable lies 80km from the airport but there are plans to build a new road directly to the resort. Some of the beaches here are the longest and most beautiful in the Canary Islands stretching 35km and there's plenty to do for the water sports enthusiast from jet skiing to windsurfing. Its also possible to take a jet foil from here over to the neighbouring island of Gran Canaria

Golf: The golf course also boasts a 5 star clubhouse, the Elba Palace Golf Resort Hotel, which also has a pro shop, a resident PGA professional, a driving range, chipping area, practice bunker and putting green. The Spanish Open was played here in 2004.

Villa Rosina was situated in the perfect location, walking distance from both the shopping complex and restaurants and was only a short drive from the airport.

The villa was spectacular, and complemented the holiday of a lifetime. The interior of the villa has been decorated in a very modern style, yet somehow retains the characteristics of the Spanish way of life - designs most certain to appeal to everyone. The facilities such as the heated pool and barbecue supplied in the villa were more than adequate. The scenery and views were absolutely breathtaking.

In sum, i would most definitely recommend it to all holiday-goers and will be visiting again in the not too distant future.
