This Luxury spacious 3 bedroom self-catering sea front apartment is ideal for summer holiday rental and also winter. Everything is close by, beach, marina, restaurant, bars and supermarkets, also the the fantastic Friday morning market. The apartment is suitable for all, families, couples, elderly & young. There is a lift in the block, great for getting those cases upstairs. Moraira is a beautiful town, friendly with lots to do and very clean. Hiring a car is not needed as you are in the town centre, however if you do hire a car there is so much to see.

We are position in the town centre of Moraira in Costa Blanca a beautiful town, away from hustle and bustle, by the sea. Alicane or Valencia is the closest airport. Towns close by are Calpe, Denia, Javea and El Portet. Benidorm is 40 minutes away with the great adventure parks and Zoo.

Absolutely fantastic apartment perfectly situated for the beach, bars and restaurants - all only about 2 minutes away. There were six of us staying and we were amazed at the size of the apartment - the photos really don't do it justice. The aircon was a real treat as luckily it was so hot on our visit! The kitchen was immaculate and the whole apartment was pristine. I really can't recommend it enough.

The best point of this flat - is the location. Exactly in front of the sea. The owners are really supportive and reliable. Apartment is very spacious and well-furnitured. We would like to return soon and surely will recommend it to our friends.

Moraira - wonderful apartment and lovely town

Overall we had an excellent holiday in this apartment.

The apartment itself was great. Clean and bright and had everything we needed. And the view from the balcony was great. The owner was also extremely helpful.

The town was also lovely. Small enough to wander round but large enough to have everything to hand so no car was needed. A great beach was less than 5 minutes walk away so it was a great location for us with two small children.

The only downside was we picked a week when the town was having a festival! This was great to start with as we could view a lot of the activities from the balcony. However, after four days of loud music until 4am at getting up at 7am with the kids, we were a bit exhausted.

So if you have kids and they don't sleep late, check it's not festival week! Otherwise we would recommend it to anyone!

Great Holiday, Great Accomodation very spacious

My husband and I spent a week at at this destination, We travelled in Dec 08 and the weather was good not really hot but the sun was shining most of the time. Everyone in Moraira is really friendly and the area is really clean.
This Apartment really made our holiday, its very spacious, has an imazing sea view, very clean and spacious. This apartment is modern and very very comfortable. We will definately go back soon.
