Luxury 2 bed apartment with adults and children’s pool in Kapparis area of Famagusta. 1000m to Fireman's beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Furnished to a very high standard and fully air-conditioned, the apartment contains everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. Dining table with 4 chairs, large corner sofa unit which includes a double sofa bed, TV and DVD player. The large balcony has an outside dining table & 6 chairs. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and large patio doors onto the balcony. The second bedroom contains twin beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The bathroom comes equipped with a bath and shower. All essentials including hairdryer, iron and ironing board are included

Nearest Airport: Larnaca at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1000.0 Metres

The apartment is only a 10 minute stroll to the beach, local bars, restaurants and supermarket. The local restaurants are some of the best in the area and they serve a choice of local specialities, international cuisine and some host Cypriot dance/music evenings. Nearby is the town of Paralimni which hosts three large supermarkets and many boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants. Within easy reach by car or bus (5min walk to bus stop/taxi rank) are the resorts of Pernera, Protatas and Ayia Napa. Nightlife is well catered for in both Protaras and Ayia Napa. There are waterparks in Penera and Ayia Napa and plenty of great crazy golf courses nearby. For those who wish to venture further, there is a different beach to visit every day of the week. Take a trip to the picturesque Troodos Mountains which has great skiing during the winter, or go on a shopping/sightseeing tour of Nicosia (the worlds only divided city).

    The prices quoted are inclusive of air-conditioning. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, and final balance is due 10 weeks before departure. A fully refundable security deposit of 100.00 euros is required upon receipt of key from our agent. Welcome packs can be ordered upon booking for a small charge, including any essentials you may require.
    Mid visit Laundry Service can be arranged for an additional small fee. There is a 10% discount if the holiday start date is less than 28 days away. 10% discount for bookings of 28 days or more.
  • Airport Transfer Meet and Greet Service can be arranged on your behalf with our local agent. They will take you directly to the property and show you all the facilities available. They can also provide a transportation service to the local supermarkets, resorts and picturesque beaches. Their prices are very reasonable and are better value for money than other local services. Payment is made directly to them for their services.

Well where can I start, what a wonderful holiday we all had. The apartment was excellent,just as described, if not, better.Well equipped with everything you could want. There is even an Information Pack with all the local taxis, restaurants, take-a-ways, etc. We had children with us and did not want to eat out every night and because the kitchen was so well equipped we made some lovely meals just like home. Tbe balcony was a godsend. When we came off the beach or from the swimming pool it was lovely to sit and relax on the balcony with some cool drinks. You can see the swimming pool from the balcony. The swimming pool was lovely and clean. It even had a small grassed area with slides, etc for the children to play on. As for the beaches, well they were marvellous - sandy and lovely blue clear waters. Firemans beach is about 10 mins away from the apartment and although a car is not essential it was preferrable for sightseeing. Our favourite beach was Fig Tree beach in Protaras and is a must to visit. In all the restaurants we tried, whether in Kaparras or Protaras, the food was excellent and can honestly say we never had a bad meal. The people were so very friendly and children orientated, They always made a fuss of them.
We would like to say 'thank you' to Will and Jackie - the owners friends. They were always just a phone call away and could not do enough for you. Look forward to seeing you again next year,

Family Holiday - 2 adults and a 5yr old

I would definately recommend this apartment for anyone. The apartment was lovely and clean, it had everything we needed. The swimming pool was great and was always clean. For a change on a few days we walked the 10 mins to the local beach. All the bars and restaurants in Kapparis were within a 10 min walk and they were all friendly and welcomed children. We hired a car for a few days to get out and about and see some more of the local area.
Will and Jacky were a great help with transport and advice.
We had a brilliant holiday and do not have a single negative thing to say!

What can I say the apartment was brilliant, all correspondence with the owner was answered promplty - perfect. My husband and I arrived in Cyprus late in the evening so were concerned with finding our way to the apartment - but no worries the directions given by Will were great and we arrived to be meet by him with a friendly smile. He then gave us directions for the 24 hour store so we were able to buy essentials milk etc and advice on the best supermarket.The apartment had everything required for us but would also be ideal for a family. We cooked all our meals and enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a bottle of wine.The location is central for the beach and local shops although we did find the walk back from the beach slightly hard work but that was only due to the heat (The car had aircon and as we were there in May parking was no trouble by Fireman's Beach). Would definetely book the apartment again.

Well I couldn't have asked for a better Girlie holiday and this apartment was excellent it was so comfortable and it had all that you could ask for, It even had a great size balcony that you could sit and relax whether it was day or night, Swimming pool was straight across from the apartment so you didn't have to travel far for a swim, would be so handy if you had kids with you also, Food was excellent great Italian restaurant near by in kapparis, was not too expensive to eat , food was fab, Also if you were interested in just going to chill at a bar I recommend a bar in kapparis called mello, We also stayed in two nights and cooked and the apartment had everything it needed which was great. also the beaches in kapparis, are only a short walk away which was so handy didn't have to worry about having a car, we also used services of Jacky who collected us from the airport and brought us to the apartment and we could always call on Jacky if we needed to go anywhere she would take us at a reasonable price,

Honeymoon Bliss

What can I say, our fortnight flew by and left us with so many memories, to name a few places we visited, Faliros for the delicious foods and authentic surroundings.
Protaras is about 5 mins in a taxi with lots of entertainment and a great Japanese restaurant. Our favourite place was Fig Tree beach which is in Protaras.
We used the same taxi service during our stay who picked us up from the airport, they were prompt, helpful and most of all reasonable, not to mention they were English, so no embarrassing translations.
The apartment was even better than described, just like home except for the lovely weather, it was very comfortable and had everything you could want.
We spent many an evening on the lovely balcony with a glass or two watching the sunset, but of course if you wanted a good night out Ayia Napa was about 15 mins away.
We certainly will tell everyone we know about the apartment and will go back one day soon.
