EACH villa has its own private entrance and parking area, PRIVATE pool of 45m2 with Jacuzzi, sun terraces, loungers and stand in its own stunning grounds of 1000m2. The villas comprise 3 floors with 3 double bedrooms capable of accommodating 2-6 people, and 3 luxury bathrooms all fully air conditioned. The lower floor offers a two beds bedroom with bathroom and benefits the advantage of a private entrance with steps that lead directly to the garden and pool. The ground floor offers a living/ dining room with satellite TV, DVD and fireplace. The fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker benefits its secluded space with its own patio door right next to the BBQ. All openings lead directly to the fully landscaped garden and the pool. The stairs take you to the upper floor which comprises of two double bedrooms with a bathroom and balconies. The villas are intended for private use for 2- 6 people, but in combination they are ideal for friends.

The villas were completed in spring 2008 ensuring complete privacy. Spaciously laid out over three floors, with many verandas and patios with pergolas and breathtaking views to the Ionian Sea – from the coastline of Lixouri to Dias Island, Zakynthos and the endless horizon, these two exclusive villas guarantee an unforgettable stay. Elegant and modern, the decoration and architecture successfully combine minimalist contemporary elements with traditional Kefalonian details. EACH villa has its own private entrance and parking area, private pool of 45m2 with Jacuzzi, sun terraces, lounger’s and parasols and stands in its own stunning grounds of 1000m2. The villas are twin, but separated by fence, not sharing any facility.

WE ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR 2010. The two luxury villas are set in the most favourable and tranquil location in the village of Sarlata, in the Livathos region of Kefalonia. Sarlata is a unique village located 10 minutes from Argostoli, the capital, 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the islands main resort of Lassi and is ideally situated for exploring the whole of Kefalonia. The area has an abundance of small traditional Greek villages where you will find taverns serving Greek and Kefalonian dishes. Some of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the southern part of the island, like Makris and Platis Gialos in Lassi, Avithos, Minies and Ai Helis are a few minutes drive away, while the nearest beach, Ammes, is only 1km away.

The Villa is truely stunning. It has been finished to an extremly high standard and feels more like a home than holiday rental.
The pool area and pool are fabulous and the largest pool we have ever had with a private villa. Jacuzzi great size and adds that touch of luxary. Would definately stay again and cant wait to return. You need a car to explore the island and its well worth doing. I would strongly recommend this villa as it really makes the holiday special. Thankyou to Elina and Alexandra for their amazing hospitality and looking after us so well.
