Four bedroom, two and one half bath Cape in Seaside Park, (Third Avenue). Kitchen with breakfast bar opening into large living room/dining area. Atrium doors opening onto screened sun room and deck. Master bedroom with full bath downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs with full bath. There is a half bath off kitchen. Microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 5 TV's with cable and VCR's 3DVD's, telephone, internet service, fans. Sunroom and deck furniture, gas grill. Enclosed outdoor shower. First class accommodation and very nicely appointed. Completely fenced in yard. Short walk to small inlet beach at the end of 5th Avenue and 3/4 mile to Craigville Beach. NO PETS ALLOWED.

SLEEPS 8. Two singles, two doubles, one king. Sheets, towels, pillowcases not provided.
