This brand new luxury home will be completed and ready for letting from the 1st May 2008. Situated approximately 700mtrs from the beach, just a short walk from the shops & restaurants area and only a few minutes drive from the resorts of Protaras, Paralimni and Ayia Napa. The house is equipped with everything you should need including: • Full air conditioning • Ground floor is open plan with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dinning area seats up to 8 around a circular glass table & the lounge seats 6 comfortably with satellite TV/DVD, music centre and a WC • First floor has bath room, one twin bedroom & one double bedroom • 2nd floor has on-suite, 1 double bed & sofa bed • Outside their is a patio area complete with sun loungers, Pergola, table to seat 8 and a parking space.

Firemans beach & Ayia Triada Fishing Harbour are all within a short walking distance. A selection of restaurants and supermarkets are a few minutes walk away. Protaras is just 5 minuites drive away which is the main tourist area with a spectacular coastline taking in the famous Fig Tree Bay & numerous beaches with fine golden sand and crystal clear waters, it plays host to a wide selection of restaurants, shops, bars and night spots. The town of Paralimni is also just a short drive away and offers a combination of traditional tavern’s, and modern shops and cafes all radiating out from a fantastic town square. 15 minutes drive away is the resort of Ayia Napa with a vast selection of shops, amusements, bars, clubs, etc.

Excellent value for money, the villa is spacious, well equiped and the mid stay maid service was very welcome.
A nice communal is just a few yards away with sunlongers and umbrellas.
A choice of bars and restuarants locally within a few minutes walk.
Whilst a hire car is ideal regular buses stop a short distance away.
Our 2 weeks stay was one of the best we have spent in Cyprus.
