This lovely one bedroom apartment is perfectly located in central Cannes. It sleeps up to three people and is perfect for a couple, or a single person enjoying Cannes for a holiday, short break, weekend break or on business - especially for the popular Congresses. ** MIPCOM, MAPIC, MIDEM, MIPIM, Tax Free, Cannes Lions 2010, ***. Situated on the fourth floor in a well kept and secure building with elevator, the vista of the Cannes rooftops is pleasant and the area quiet ensuring a good nights sleep! The apartment opens into a light, airy living room with a very comfortable sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchenette, separate double bedroom and bathroom with full size shower. Recently refurbished with neutral colours and a light ambiance, makes for a very comfortable and modern feel. The perfect one bed apartment in central Cannes - recently described by a guest who has visited Cannes over 15 years as 'amongst the nicest in Cannes'.

This is the ideal location to stay in Cannes The apartment is located on a quiet street just off the Rue d'Antibes, right in the heart of the most fashionable area with all the most glamorous hotels and shops, yet only about a minute from the Croisette and its lovely beaches. The Palais des Festivals and Casino are only seven minutes walk away with the Old Port just beyond. The bustling Gambetta market is also close by, as well as wonderful patisseries, bars, restaurants and people-watching cafés. There are two supermarkets only a few meters away and the train station is just five minutes walk.

  • Booking details:

    - Bookings are usually from Saturday to Saturday. Please enquire about other days as this may be possible, especially out of high season.
    - Cannes enjoys seasonal business and as such, rate vary across the year and are higher for Congress periods.
    - There are are no hidden extras in our prices. They include a personal meet & greet service, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
    - We have a standard cancellation policy: 8 weeks before arrival date - 30% of rental price. 6 weeks before arrival date - 50% of rental price. Less than 4 weeks before arrival date: 100% of rental price. Sorry, no exceptions.
  • Payment details:

    - Payment is by bank transfer (EUR). We also accept most major credit cards and UK debit cards via Paypal . Safe, Secure & instant payments via Paypal are available on request and will incur a 4% handling fee.
    - A 30% deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed.
    - The full balance is payable by bank transfer (SWIFT) 6 weeks prior arrival date.
    - A €300 damages deposit will be added to the rental price and returned within 14 days by Euro cheque subject to the apartment being vacated in a good condition.
    - Confirmation of your booking will be provided via email, and directions from Nice airport provided.
  • Congresses and business events:

    - Cannes hosts world-renowned events across the year and demand for accommodation increases significantly during these periods **Cannes Film Festival, MIPCOM, MIPTV, Cannes Lions, MIDEM, MIPIM, Tax Free, International Boat show**. Book now to avoid disappointment.

Directions:: BY AIR: Nice International Airport is 17 miles east of Cannes, and can be reached by taxi or bus in just 30 minutes. There is a coach service in operation between Nice airport and Cannes - coaches leave directly outside the Arrivals Terminal and depart from outside the Hotel de Ville (Town Hall) in Cannes. The coaches run every 30 minutes, from 8am to 7pm and the cost is approx €14 one way / €28 return. Toulon St Tropez airport is another viable option with bargain flights from Ryanair. BY BUS: There is a direct bus service to the centre of Cannes from the Cote d’Azur airport in Nice. It takes about 20 minutes. The bus station is by the port near the old town and there is a good bus service for the suburbs and outlying towns. BY TRAIN: The main rail line goes east to Monaco, Menton, Italy and the rest of Europe, with local-line stops at Antibes and Biot. To the west, the line goes to Marseille, Lyon and Paris, with local stops at Frejus.

The Area:: This one bed apartment is perfect for a holiday in Cannes with the beach, stunning climate, great walks by the sea, wonderful food and almost any designer shop you can think of just minutes away. The apartment is also an ideal base for exploring the Côte d'Azur. There's no need for a car and with Cannes railway station only five minutes away, it's easy to travel up and down the Riviera, from Saint-Raphaël in the West, to Nice, Monaco and the Italian border in the East. There are regular buses up to Grasse, Mougins and the hills behind the town - and you can take the boat to Saint-Tropez or San Remo. In the winter you can easily reach the fabulous ski resorts of Isola 2000 and Auron - either hire a care and drive or take a train to Nice and a €1 bus from there to the mountains. Beach to snow in just 1.5 hrs! We very much look forward to welcoming you!

As a frequent visitor to Cannes over the years I must say that your apartment is one of the best I have ever stayed in - I was so lucky it was available for my stay!

The location couldn't have been better for the Palais, Croisette, beach and shops yet it was so relaxing and peacefull.

The hairdryer was a God send as I forgot my own!

My husband and I will definitely be staying with you again next year and we've already forwarded details on to many friends and family.

So glad we discovered your gem of an apartment.

Had an absolutley fabulous time in Cannes and staying in your lovely apartment was a treat.

You were right, it's location is perfect and so peaceful - you could hear a pin drop at night! I haven't slept soo good for ages..

We'll definitely be back and have some friends already looking to book flights for Novemebr - can't believe it's still 25 degrees there in October!
