This delightful two bedroomed house with mountain views, and a glimpse of the sea through the trees, is on the road to the most delightful beach (creek) of Granadella where Jávea's best fish restaurant is to be found. Situate on the southern headland, the Cabo de la Nao, of Jávea bay the villa is in a peaceful position on a short cul-de-sac. The owner prefers that there be no smoking inside the villa.

The Cabo de la Nao rises from the south side of Jávea bay and then starts to descend, through tranquil wooded hillsides, towards the beautiful creek at Granadella. The property lies at some 7km from Jávea's main sandy beach at Arenal where there are copious bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. There are, however, no restaurants or supermarkets within walking distance.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Water, gas, & electricity are included. There is a returnable duration-based security deposit (€250-500) payable with the rental balance. Deposit is approx. one third on signature of rental agreement; the balance falls due 6 weeks before arrival. For those not able to make a sterling security deposit (Euro area, for example) security cover is undertaken by means of a credit card. Linen (incl. sheets, tea towels, bath towels & bath mats etc.) is supplied and changed weekly and for this a nominal laundry charge of Euros 10.00 pp/per week is made as well as a single contribution to final cleaning of €70.00.
  • Cots and High-chairs can be hired (at €18 and €12 per week, respectively). These must be booked in advance.
  • CAR HIRE : Very special competitive car-hire rates (recently further reduced) are available to us via the region's No.1 Company whose HQ is in Jávea. Please ask for tariffs before booking elsewhere (assistance with hire car problems is only given to those who book through us).

Jávea is the gem of the Costa Blanca and the Cabo de la Nao contains the most exclusive housing stock of any coastal resort between Barcelona and the Costa del Sol. The villa is situate in a quiet cul-de-sac and its balcony overlooks the pool and the hillsides beyond. The area boasts over 5 Michelin stars. The theme park, TERRA MITICA, is within easy motoring distance (short hop down the AP7 motorway) as are the excellent Aqualandia and MundoMar (dolphins) - all just outside Benidorm.

Golf details & theme parks etc.: We are ideally placed for golf - the nearest, Jávea GC is less than 10 minutes away. A 9-hole course, more difficult than it looks, has superb views of Montgó dominating Jávea (Green fees approx. Euros 65). Towards Denia (c.15 minutes) is La Sella GC, a beautiful 18-hole course. Further afield (c.35 minutes) there is an excellent course at Oliva (18-holes, designed by Ballesteros) and, south of Valencia, the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler. OTHER FEATURES: The theme park TERRA MITICA is within easy motoring distance (a short 40km hop down the AP7 motorway) as are the excellent Aqualandia (swim-park) and MundoMar (dolphins) outside Benidorm both websites available on request. The fabulous new Science & Oceanographic (5000 different fish) parks at Valencia make a spectacular day's outing (website on request).
