The house has in the first floor a romantic living-room with fire-place, a cosy kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one in suite. There are 6 air conditioning split (cold and heat). Upstairs (in a wooded floor) there is a single bedroom, a TV room and a bathrom. In the ground floor you got a private garage, a laundry room and bathroom with shower.

  • To confirm the booking, the 25% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property. Booking payments can be made either by bank´s transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card. you have to pay 100 Euro extra for final cleaning.Payments on arrival can be made by cash/.or by credit card (+2% supplement) . As an inventory and breakage deposit, amount of 200 Euros, that you leave in cash,and you get it back on the departure date.
  • Cancellation charges: If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid. Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
    The minimum rental period is one week.
  • You pay the half of the electricity that you spend.
    The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
