Beautiful single story home on an acre of land that backs up to a beautiful desert wash. Great to stay in while visiting the Phoenix area located in North Phoenix, east of Anthem. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and a very open floor plan with a big screen TV. Eastern backyard views allow beautiful sunrises and afternoon shade. Visit the western town of Cave Creek to enjoy the southwestern flair, great restaurants and exciting nightlife. Horseback riding, hiking trails, hot balloon rides. Enjoy the private swimming pool and outdoor grilling with fantastic mountain views. Dramatic elevation changes gives you views of the Sonoran Desert and quarter century old cactus. Drive to Sedona for the day or golf North Scottsdale golf courses or a 20 minute drive to Lake Pleasant.
