This traditional two floor villa is set amongst beautiful mature gardens with large communal pool with smaller pools at higher levels forming a cascade. A must for golfers with 20% discount on green fees at La Sella and surrounding courses when booked through La Sella Reception. The new Marriot hotel with its restaurants and amenities adjoin the golf course and can be used by residents on La Sella Resort. If golf is not your thing then just laze by the pool or, in around 15 minutes, you can be on the beach at Denia or Javea or just along the coast towards Oliva you will find mile after mile of the famous 'Costa Blanca' white sandy beaches. Take a trip into the Montgo mountains. Montgo was declared a natural park in 1987 principally because of the flora, of which more than 600 species are present. Denia Harbour, Javea Old Town, Golf Courses, Fiestas, Bull-Running, Paella, Markets, Beachside Restaurants, Shopping - it's all here!

The new La Marina shopping centre is 5 minutes away with a multitude of shops, bars, hypermarket, cinema, bowling, etc. Benidorm is approx half an hour away with its attractions and nightlife. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Mundomar and Aqualandia Water Park are near Benidorm, just off the motorway. La Sella, Oliva Nova, Don Cayo, Javea & Ifach golf courses are all close by and bookable through La Sella Reception. The Montgo National Park is an area of outstanding beauty with around 600 species of flora being recorded.
