The villa is very unique and linked by a spectacular swimming pool which opens up to its own private section. In the complex there are 10 villas which share 3 communal pools. ** Villa Details ** The villa is 198m2. It is situated on a 400m2 plot of land. Open-plan kitchen, Dining room, and Living Room. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms in total. 2 x double beds 2 x twin rooms 1 x attic The villa has 3 floors. The second level consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with toilet. The 3rd floor consists of en-suite with a walking bathroom/toilet. There is another toilet in the ground floor. The villa has a spacious living room where the kitchen/bar is adjacent. There is a massive patio near the living room. Additionally, the rest of the house consists of 3 balconies.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking and the balance to be paid in full 6 weeks before departure. Please note no teenagers unless accompanied by adults.

    Bookings made less than 6 weeks before departure require full payment on booking.
  • In addition, a security deposit of £100 will be requried against breakages and the return of the key at the end of the holiday. The deposit will be refunded immediately after inspection.

    Changeover dates and times are flexible as long as they don't clash with other bookings.
  • Bed linen and towels are provided. Beach and pool towels are not provided. Rental rates include a weekly linen change and pre-arrival- and after-departure cleaning of the house. Additional cleaning services are available at extra charge. We can arrange your airport transfer for you as well. Please enquire if interested

    Please note that the villa is strictly non smoking but is permitted on the terraces. Pets are not allowed in the house.
