This Luxury Modern air conditioned villa has been completely refurbished to an unbelievably high standard. The villa overlooks Marbella Golf Course and has idyllic panoramic mountain views providing peace and tranquility whilst only being 3 minutes drive from the beach and 7 minutes drive to the centre of Marbella. Only 5 min drive to 5 top golf courses. The ground floor is open plan, providing 2 living areas, 42' plasma TV, cloakroom, dining area and a top of the range American style kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen and second living area lead directly onto a patio, pool and outside dining area, these benefit from all day and evening sun whilst the garden provides sun and shade for those very hot days. Additional information about rental rates

  • A security/damages deposit of 1,500 euros will be required and will be refunded approx. 2 weeks after departure. The cost of any damages and electricity used will be deducted and the balance refunded.

    Price is based on maximum of 10 people however the villa can accommodate 14. Please add 10% per week per extra person. There will be a small supplement for bookings less than 1 week.

    Electricity is an extra 20 cents per kWh checked when you arrive and when you check out. This will be taken off your deposit. On average 70/100 euros per week.

    A 30% deposit will be required to secure the property and the remaining 70% payable 8 weeks before arrival. If booked less than 8 weeks in advance the full amount will be payable when booking. All monies except the security deposit are non refundable.
