• A 30% deposit will reserve the apartment with the remainder payable six weeks prior to the commencement of your stay unless your visit takes place within six weeks of your initial enquiry when the full sum is required to secure the reservation.
  An refundable accidental damages deposit is payable in the sum of £230 and is returned to you within 2 weeks of the conclusion of your stay.
  Youn are advised to take out nominal insurance to cover the event of your having paid a deposit or full sum and find you are unable to take up your occupancy as you can claim back monies paid. The reason why payments are not refundable is because we risk loosing a booking on the strength of having reserved the apartment for you upon receipt of the deposit
