  FOR LONGER RESERVATION THAN 1 MONTH - PLEASE CONTACT OWNER FOR VERY FAVOURABLE RATES!
  All rates are inclusive of all taxes and service charges and also include:
  - Transport to and from airport in Phuket on arrival and departure day.
  - Maid service - twice a week cleaning and change of towels and once a week change of linen( for weekly renters)
  For shorter stays - Maid service before arrival and on departure.
  - On arrival day (for weekly renters) complimentary welcome drinks and a fruit basket.
• AN INITIAL DEPOSIT of 30% of the rental must be paid before a booking can be confirmed. If the booking is within 60 days, the entire rental and damage deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
  FINAL PAYMENT must be paid within 60 days of arrival.
  In addition to above rates, there is a 10.000 Thai Bath damage deposit which must be made at the time of final payment. If there is no damage the deposit will be refunded to the guest within two weeks after departure. If there is damage greater than 10.000 Bath the guest shall be expected to pay excess damage.
• CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOUR:
  A LIABILITY FORM will be sent to tenant for signing, together with the rental contract. After returning these documents and initial payment has been maid to owner, a confirmation of the payment and reservation will be maid by owner.
  A copy of all tenants passports is also mandatory to send at reservation.

We were picked up at Phuket Airport and 10 minutes later we were in the apartment.

It was an amazing sight to see the pool area lit up at night and we entered the apartment which was almost brand new.

Two of our key requirements were a great bed and power showers were well met here.

The next few days we spent our time at Naithon Beach just over the road from the very secure apartment gates.
The first day the water was a turquoise colour and very flat. Over the next three days there were more waves but we enjoyed this even more.

There are a selection of typical Thai style restaurants on the beach and a few more upscale places on the other side of the road.

The pool area was excellent and it was often just our family in the pool together. In fact the complex is so new many of the other apartments are just starting to receive their first inhabitants. It is only 20 seconds walk from the back of the apartment to the pool - lush.

Handy Hint -

We would recommend a hire car for those stying more than a few days as it is more convenient and better value than hiring a taxi each time especially for a larger group.
