    FOR MONTHLY RATES 30% DISCOUNT ON THE DAILY RATES
    FOR LONGER RESERVATION THAN 1 MONTH - PLEASE CONTACT OWNER FOR VERY FAVOURABLE RATES!
    All rates are inclusive of all taxes and service charges and also include:
    - Transport to and from airport in Phuket on arrival and departure day.
    - Maid service - twice a week cleaning and change of towels and once a week change of linen( for weekly renters)
    For shorter stays - Maid service before arrival and on departure.
    - On arrival day (for weekly renters) complimentary welcome drinks and a fruit basket.
  • AN INITIAL DEPOSIT of 30% of the rental must be paid before a booking can be confirmed. If the booking is within 60 days, the entire rental and damage deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
    FINAL PAYMENT must be paid within 60 days of arrival.
    In addition to above rates, there is a 10.000 Thai Bath damage deposit which must be made at the time of final payment. If there is no damage the deposit will be refunded to the guest within two weeks after departure. If there is damage greater than 10.000 Bath the guest shall be expected to pay excess damage.
  • CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOUR:
    A LIABILITY FORM will be sent to tenant for signing, together with the rental contract. After returning these documents and initial payment has been maid to owner, a confirmation of the payment and reservation will be maid by owner.
    A copy of all tenants passports is also mandatory to send at reservation.

Perfection in Phuket!

After much searching on the internet, I stumbled across Christina's apartment in Nai Thon. The pictures looked beautiful, and it met my main requirement of having 2 bedrooms which was important as we were taking our 18 month old daughter, so I sent off my enquiry. Right from the start, Christina was extremely prompt and professional in answering any questions I had, so we went ahead and booked our 9 night stay.

Although a little apprehensive initially about booking our accommodation on the internet, I was extremely happy to see the beautiful May at Phuket airport waiting to take us to the apartment!

On arrival at the apartment I was taken aback about just how beautiful the resort was, with it's expansive lagoon style pool, sunbeds and tropical Sala. Then we were escorted to our apartment and it far exceeded my expectations. The interior was beautifully decorated with new, modern furniture, but it was done in such a way that we felt extremely comfortable about relaxing in there, and not so modern that we were scared to move! We had a travel cot made up with gorgeous bedding for our daughter, and the fridge had some welcome fruit and drinks - little extras that we really didn't expect, but were much appreciated.

We had a great stay in Nai Thon, and although it was 'low season' and not much of the village was open, it was a beautiful part of Thailand and we're very glad we stayed there. We did hire a car for a couple of days which I would recommend if staying in the low season so you can go and get some supplies for your stay, if needed. There were restaurants open in Nai Thon which served great, well priced food, and the town's people were so friendly.

May came and cleaned our apartment during our stay and did a fantastic job of that, and Christina was so beautiful with the lovely emails we sent back and forward, and I'm sure that we'll stay in contact!

But alas our holiday was over, so May returned us to the airport and now we are dreaming about our next holiday to Thailand, and this apartment will definitely be where we stay again. I can't stop raving about it to my friends and colleagues, and if you're thinking about staying here too, I say a big 'Go for it'!!

This is really a 5 star place and a 5 star apartment. I strongly recommend this beautiful place for everyone.
- Within a 1 minute walk you have superb restaurants.
- Within a 20 minutes car ride you have beautiful and fantastic golf.
- Within a 1 minute walk you have the best swimming on Phuket.
I really also appreciated the private jacuzzi.
About the golf, I played them all. Some of the courses got European Tour quality and all of them are worth playing. Best teetime is early in the morning. Dont forget to bring a lot of water!

"Pearl of Naithon" is really a pearl with all it´s facilities and surrounded by a beautiful environment.
Thanks a lot for a marvellous stay. I will be back!

This really is paradise!! INCREDIBLE!

When we arrived at the Pearl of Naithon we thought that it was too good to be true. Beautiful gardens and a gorgeous pool (and it appeared to be totally deserted!) Then we were taken to the villa. WOW. The four of us looked at each other and none of us could believe the luxury that we had walked into! The design was incredible and there was everything that we could have asked for. Gorgeous sofas and a massive tv mounted on the wall showing a wide variety of channels (including ESPN!!)

We didn't leave the villa for the first few days because there was simply no need! The pool was wonderful and completely deserted and the nights spent in the Jacuzzi sipping bears were good fun! When we needed to eat there were about 10 brilliant restaurants within a ten minute walk. There is a maid who is extremely helpful (helped us to organise a long taxi ride when we were leaving) and cleans the rooms twice a week.

There is plenty of stuff around (within a half hour drive) although I would recommend getting a hire car to get around. We used taxis and although they are cheap it can be a bit annoying to have to keep ordering them and bartering with the driver!!

Overall this place was unbelievable. It is probably the nicest place that I have ever stayed in and considering that I have stayed in some 5* hotels in the past that speaks volumes! The value for money was incredible and I can guarentee that I will be returning here in the future. It is a great place for friends to go (as we did) and it would be even better if you were taking a partner there for a romantic getaway. In words I can't describe how good it is and the pictures don't even do it justice!!

Go to the Pearl of Naithon and I can personally guarentee that you will not be disapointed.

Pearl of Naithon

We were picked up at Phuket Airport and 10 minutes later we were in the apartment.

It was an amazing sight to see the pool area lit up at night and we entered the apartment which was almost brand new.

Two of our key requirements were a great bed and power showers were well met here.

The next few days we spent our time at Naithon Beach just over the road from the very secure apartment gates.
The first day the water was a turquoise colour and very flat. Over the next three days there were more waves but we enjoyed this even more.

There are a selection of typical Thai style restaurants on the beach and a few more upscale places on the other side of the road.

The pool area was excellent and it was often just our family in the pool together. In fact the complex is so new many of the other apartments are just starting to receive their first inhabitants. It is only 20 seconds walk from the back of the apartment to the pool - lush.

Handy Hint -

We would recommend a hire car for those stying more than a few days as it is more convenient and better value than hiring a taxi each time especially for a larger group.
