** SPECIAL OFFER ** LAST WEEK REMAINING ** 15th AUG ** €1,999 ALL INCLUSIVE ** Set on a south facing hillside overlooking the town of Sant Feliu de Guixols and the sea, Villa Casanova is a well appointed villa with private swimming pool, private garden and wonderful terraces. Set on two levels comprising 2000 square feet of accommodation. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms two of which open through French doors to the terrace with commanding sea views. There are two modern bathrooms with shower/bath bidet and floor to ceiling tiles. The modern kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher and microwave and a full range of utensils. The living and dining area has leather sofas and a teak dining table and is equiped with satellite TV. Downstairs is a self contained studio with a large double bed. This leads to a small kitchen and a seperate bathroom. The studio opens to a generous terrace with sea views and on to the garden and pool area.

Sant Feliu de Guixols is a vibrant Catalan town on the Costa Brava coast. It is a popular holiday destination with well healed Catalans and international visitors alike. Set back from the harbour is the old town with its wonderful 18th century merchants houses built when the town was a thriving centre for the export of cork for the wine industry. Today there are plenty of boutiques, restaurants and tapas bars to tempt the visitor. We can arrange skippered charter on a 50 foot yacht from Port d'Aro marina, please ask for details.
