Additional information. -TBV + Apartment:
It has come to my attention a new Bistro has opened not much more than five minute walk through the complex or the surrounding tarmac path. The Bistro has a good menu and an alcohol licence. The opening hours are from 08:00 until midnight. The Bistro does a take away service!
In my quest to update my apartment and make it even more comfortable I have added three more features for added attraction.
(1) Two new 'weaved sail cloth awnings' will be placed on the pergolas on the roof terrace and small veranda outside the dining room. These, I believe, will provide good shade when needed. It is my understanding the awning has a UV protection of 80 minutes. As always, please take care in the sun as over exposure may cause discomfort.
(2) A small table and two chairs have been provided on dining room veranda. These are well placed to enjoy superb views of mountain and sea will have a refreshing drink or a meal.
(3) There is electrical power to the roof terrace.

Welcome to the beautiful part of the Mediterranean which is North Cyprus. I hope you enjoy your stay here as my guest and feel the benefits of this tranquil island.
I wish to introduce myself Tom Campbell and it is my aim to ensure your stay is as comfortable and trouble free as possible. I have endeavoured to make my apartment as user friendly as I can and I hope I have catered for all needs.
I trust you will enjoy yourself but unfortunately, like many establishments, I have laid down a number of simple rules to follow:
(1) No smoking within the Apartment. Please use ash trays provided on the patios or roof terrace.
(2) Be conscious of others on the Complex and respect their wanting to enjoy the peace of Turtle Bay Village.
(3) Treat the Apartment as you would wish yours to be treated.
Environmental awareness::
Please consider the environment:
(1) The Air Conditioning Units are very costly to run! It would be very much appreciated if common
sense was used when running the A/C Units and were run with windows and doors shut and turned to off
when Apartment is vacated.
(2) The hot water tank immersion heater is only necessary to be turned on for a maximum of one hour to give a
tank of hot water. In the summer months Solar Energy will be enough to give the tank the initial hot water
supply, especially for the evening.
(3) Turn unnecessary lighting and other electrical appliances to off when not being used.
Other Activities:
Basketball, paintballing, paragliding, nature trails and chilling!
