Villa Maeve is a charming south -facing residence on a quiet street in the very popular and exclusive Monte de los Almendros. With its private, heated , non-chlorinated pool, lush gardens, breathtaking views of Salobrena castle and the Mediterranean, as well as complimentary use of the Monte community club with a variety of sports facilities being just a short three minute stroll away.... there is something for everyone. The tiled car park steps lead to a mature garden with a large variety of plants and trees. Several terraces around the pool offer a variety of spectacular views. The villa is comfortable and tastefully furnished and is on the same level as the pool .It can comfortably accommodate from two to eight people. For entertainment, the residence is equipped with television, English and German Satellites, DVD player, a stereo system ...with extensive libraries of DVDs, CDs, games and books for all ages

  • -PLEASE NOTE- EARLY BOOKINGS (IN 2009) FOR A TWO WEEK HOLDAY IN JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST 2010 WILL RECEIVE A 200 EURO DISCOUNT!!!
    - The prices quoted are for 2 persons, using one double room. Each extra room is an additional 50 euros per week. In July and August each extra room is an additional 100 Euros. Rentals can now be paid by CREDIT CARD ...via PAYPAL
    - From October to end April, when the rental rates are thei lowest, electricity will be charged at cost (0.10 euros per Kwh).and will be deducted from the security deposit. Pool heating requested outside this period will be charged at a flat rate of 50 euros.
    -Thermostatically controlled electric radiators as well as the new economical heating panels are provided in all bedrooms and living areas. for winter visitors.
    - A security deposit of 150 euros will be required upon check- in and it will be reimbursed after a property check. before departure, if all is well.

Wonderful 2 week getaway May 2008

Returned for a two week Spring getaway in Villa Maeve. Had brilliant weather (thank you for the heavenly arrangements Olga, much appreciated!)

Cathy, from the new agency, was charming and full of good advice and suggestions for visits.

The unique villa with its great setting was a delight to return to: just as it was the previous September.
We enjoyed the pool, it was warm enough to swim in every day, the heating takes the edge off the slight coolness of the spring weather.
The garden and flowers were lovely.. and I managed to get some painting done, having plenty of days to chill in the villa between property hunting, visits down the coast, going to the Alhambra ... again! .. and and a wonderful time exploring the spectacular Alpujarras mountain range and villages.

The villa is excellent value for the location and facilities provided. We would liked to have stayed for a month!

The beauty of it all....

Well I must say ,though we were only able to stay for a short week,I only now wish me and my family had taken the whole holiday there now. From the house to the location,everything was on par, which is rare. I have stayed in many fabulous properties over the years ,yet they always seem to lack that special touch....and that is what will have us coming back again to Villa Maeve. Again thank you sincerely Olga for making our trip a memorable one and being so hospitable with our every needs. My little ones to this day are still asking me when we are planning to go back,and honestly, I am planning to make that happen very soon.
