Le Petit Biac is the old farmhouse on the Chateau Biac estate in Langoiran, 20 km south/east of Bordeaux. With plunging views on the Garonne river and the Graves region, it is the perfect haven for a truly memorable family holiday, celebration, or a private business meeting. Restored in 2006 by new owners, it provides guests with all modern comforts and a dedicated swimming pool at the heart of one of the most beautiful and sought after wine regions of the world.

Le Petit Biac, a charming farmhouse in the middle of a vineyard wiith stunning views over the Garonne and close proximity to Bordeaux airport (35 mnts) and the Station (20 mnts) , le Petit Biac offers a wonderful base with modern comforts (WiFi, cable TV, dedicated telephone line, private swimming pool) from which to explore the region. There is a separate fully equipped laundry room available just for guests.

Le Petit Biac is the renovated farmhouse of Chateau Biac, a wine producing property situated in Langoiran. It is close to Bordeaux airport (35 minutes) , the Bordeaux train station (25 minutes) , the Paris-Biarritz motorway (15 minutes) and off the Bordeaux-Toulouse motorway (15 minutes). Biac is at the centre of the various famous wine producing regions: Sauternes (20 min), Graves (20 min), St Emilion (35 min), Medoc (45 min) and on the border of the Entre Deux Mers.

Le Vieux Biac: Le Vieux Biac is the farmhouse of Chateau Biac, a wine producing property in the Cotes de Bordeaux/Cadillac appellation, part of the Entre Deux Mers region. Chateau Biac has recently been acquired by new owners who have undertaken the full restoration and modernisation of the winery. The property rolls down gently from the top of the Haut Langoiran towards the river Garonne and offers spectacular uninterrupted views of the river and the Graves region. It provides a natural haven of peace and tranquillity as well as a comfortable base from which to explore the region and city of Bordeaux; activities such as riding, cycling, walking , canoyeing are all within short distances. There is a tennis court in the village which guests can use, free of charge.

Probably the most relaxing holiday with a stunning location. The views are so impressive and being in the middle of the vineyard gives a great sense of serenity. The accomodation was ideal with wonderful settings to sit outside or in. The pool was fenced off and had steps all the way around so very good for small children.

A very peaceful place to rest and re-energise.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
