Whilst you can enjoy the many aspects of this beautiful exciting resort, Las Floritas is conveniently situated where you can take advantage of both a quiet relaxing holiday and still enjoy the hustle and bustle of the entertainment and night life available. Car parking available. This 2 bedroom self catering apartment has 4 single beds, sitting room/kitchenette, bathroom/over the bath shower and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The apartment can be rented on a short or long term basis. The complex offers the services of 24 hour security and a part time life guard, snack bar and supermarket.

Notes: This apartment is not suitable for elderly or people with walking difficulties, wheelchairs, pushchairs/prams as the apartment is on the third floor (36 steps) and there is no lift. Apartment is central to all amenities approx 15 mins walk to the beaches and Los Christianos. Close to many restaurants, bars, cafe's and shops. Guests have the use of all the facilities on the complex, a moat swimming pool, pool bar, supermarket, snack bar, & sunbeds for hire at the pool side, Part time lifeguard and 24 hour security. The front balcony over looks the swimming pool and the sun comes up on the balcony about 1ish and is there until it goes down, on a clear day you can see the sea and island of La Gomera. The back door view is over looking the Compostela Beach Golf Course. Guests have use of hairdryer, iron and board, Geo Foreman grill, toasted sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, washing machine,fridge, dvd, cd, tv, golf clubs (maxfit), and sun beds for the balcony
