Located next to Barfleur, a tiny fishing port from the Val de Saire, the front side of this house facing the sea(divided into 2 Parts) is available. It provides a direct access to the beach and an incredible view on the sea. For 6 to 7 persons : Ground floor (the sea part only is to rent) : - 1 large living room (45 square meters) with a fireplace. - 1 kitchen fully furnished : gaz and electricity cooker, little oven, fridge and all kind of dishes needed available - 1 Bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilets. It also includes a washing machine First Floor : - 1 large bedroom with a double bed (x140cm) - 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (x140cm) with sea view - 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (x140cm) with sea view - Another bed is available on the landing in front of the bedrooms - WC + wash basin on the first floor

This house is ideal for families with young children. The beach is literally right on the doorstep, white sand, shallow water, shells and plenty of rocks for clambering and rockpooling. Can hear the sea while in bed and the seaview is fabulous to wake up to. The best view is from upstairs when inside the house.
There is everything you need and was clean (bedding and towels provided). The walk in shower was great for older people (we had Granny with us) but no bath not so good for little children. Plenty of leaflets on attractions provided. Many places worth a visit only a short drive away. Cap Levi, Isle de Tatihou by amphibious vehicle, Vaast la Hogue, Phare Gatteville, coves and DD beaches. Good musuem at Utah beach. Walking distance to Barfleur a picturesque harbour. Had a lovely lunch at La Pernelle with a great view. Lady who looks after the house was helpful. We loved it.
