'Ski in' self-catering apartment enjoying a peaceful location just below the piste in sight of the Pleney lift. Five minutes walk from the village center with its fast lifts giving direct access to Les Gets, Avoriaz and the entire Portes du Soleil area and all its many winter and summer activities. The free 'navette' bus stop is right outside the door. This warm, spacious, well-equipped apartment has lovely views, balconies in all rooms and direct access to communal lawns. It benefits from allocated GARAGE PARKING, a SECURE SKI/BIKE LOCKER, plentiful hot water, TV, DVD, Wi-Fi ,IPOD speakers, wash/dryer and washing-up machines. The apartment is conveniently sited for shopping and the many lively and traditional 'apres ski' activities in the village. Ideal accommodation to relax in after an active day skiing, biking, walking, golfing, or whatever takes your fancy from the many winter and summer mountain sports available. The traditional Savoyarde village of Morzine offers winter and summer sports and activities appealing to everyone. Sited in the Portes du Soleil (one of the largest ski and snow boarding areas in Europe,) with snow parks and pistes to suit all levels and numerous restaurants and bars, it's an ideal ski / snow boarding resort for families and groups of all ages. 'Apres ski' can be as lively or quiet as you like. There are traditional restaurants, bars, clubs, cinemas and ice skating in the village square or at the Palais du Sports - home of the local 'Pingouins' ice hockey team. Summer in Morzine means mountain biking, walking, golf, paragliding, canyonning, rock climbing, Mont Blanc ascents, tennis, horse riding and swimming. Just some of the many activities available - to enjoy either independently or organised with local guides. Geneva, Lac Leman (with its lakeside towns of Evian and Montreaux), Samoens and the ancient city of Annecy are all within day-trip driving distance.

The hallway has ample space for ski jackets etc and outdoor shoes. (Please note our request that boots are not worn inside). The ski /bike locker is conveniently sited by the stairway to the apartment. There is an allocated parking space in the apartment block's garage. Linen, cleaning services and a 10% discount on airport transfers are available, plus summer multi-pass tokens.
