Elegant apartment in Via dei Leutari located in the historic centre of Rome, few metres away from Piazza Navona, Rome’s most beautiful square. From this apartment one can easily walk to all important monuments. Via degli Leutari is a quiet side street, off Via del Governo Vecchi. Via del Governo Vecchi is a small street, full of interesting little shops, street cafés and restaurants. The composer Rossini wrote in the apartment building the Barber from Siviglia. Apartment: 3rd floor, renovated from Architects, 75 m2; Terrace 25 m2 with sitting corner, large living room with sitting and dining area; double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen; air conditioning: dishwasher; microwave oven Safety Deposit: Euro 500. 10 kW of electricity free of charge per day Bed linen and towels included.

My husband and I rented this apartment for a week in April and found it very clean, comfortable and convenient. Having an outside terrace right in the centre of Rome was delightful and a great bonus. For anyone reasonably fit the three flights of stairs up to the apartment would be no problem but could be difficult for those with compromised mobility. The great asset of this apartment is the location, right in the middle of the Centro Storico in Rome, with all the major sights in easy walking distance and a very wide choice of restaurants just a stroll from the door. Supermarkets and other shops are close by. The lady who administers the rental and her assistant are both charming and very helpful, arranging airport transfers efficiently and making a reservation for us to visit the Villa Borghese Gallery. Enquiries were answered promptly and the booking process was straightforward. We would thoroughly recommend the apartment for a couple.
