The Oasis del Sur area of Los Cristianos has in recent years experienced a surge of popularity and is now full of new bars and good restaurants - it has become the more upmarket area of Los Cristianos. It is a five minute walk from here down the hill (not too steep) to the sea-front. There is a taxi rank 1 min from the complex so very easy to get taxis any time. Los Cristianos is in the south of the island and has a wonderful harbour that offers fishing trips, pleasure cruises, glass bottom boats, diving excursions and ferries to La Gomera. The artificial beach is very nice with white sands and sunbeds and a promenade curves around the harbour where you will find plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. Los Cristianos has managed to keep a little of its original architecture and atmosphere as a quaint fishing village. There is a big Sunday market and the town centre has some good shopping too.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Available July to September £200.

    £100 deposit required on booking with the balance payable eight weeks prior to departure (last minute bookings can be paid at the complex on arrival).

    We would ask that you confirm your arrival and departure times by email to avoid any double bookings or misunderstandings.

    Check-in time is 2pm (to allow time to clean apartment if there are people staying there before you). Checkout time is usually 10am but can be flexible if there is no one coming in after you and the apartment does not need to be cleaned straight away.
  • The apartment price is for 2 people sharing the bedroom. If there is a need for the sofa bed we will charge €15 per person for laundry of towels and sheets.
  • IF THERE ARE ONLY 2 OR 3 PEOPLE WITH NOT A LARGE AMOUNT OF LUGGAGE WE CAN ARRANGE PICKUP AND A DISCOUNTED COST

interior: Apartment includes TV with satellite including all the English Channels (BBC, ITV, C4, Regular Sky and Sky Sports One), DVD player and separate CD player. The bedroom has a double bed that can be unzipped to make two single beds if preferred. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Highchairs and cots can be rented on-site. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, and also a launderette on-site. Sheets and towels are provided - towels are changed twice weekly and sheets are changed once weekly. NOTE: You will need to bring your own beach towels. There is a telephone which the management office can switch on for the duration of your stay. There is a small deposit required for this. You can always receive incoming calls without paying the deposit.

Exterior: There is a lifeguard on duty beside the heated pool. There is a bar beside the pool where you can get food and beverages (in plastic cups only beside pool). The terrace is 200 square foot! and includes a wrought iron patio table and 4 chairs. The terrace is fairly private, and uncovered, so you can see the night sky. There is an awning which can be pulled down. There are sea views from many areas on the complex, but not from the apartment itself. There is always ample street parking (free) as the complex fronts onto a quiet road. There is a management office on site and they can provide cots, high chairs, safe rental. They provide a 24-hr emergency call-out service.There is also a security guard on site at night. There is a large Spar supermarket 2 mins walk away.

Golf: CAN PROBABLY ARRANGE GOLF CLUB RENTAL AND MAYBE TEE TIMES OTHER TRANSPORT NEEDS WHILE STAYING PLEASE JUST ASK. Basically if you need anything during your trip we should be able to arrange it for a small fee , such as shopping , lifts to attractions or a tailored day trip etc.

An excellent apartment if you are looking for a quiet, well-maintained, picturesque complex. Spacious,comfortable,homely and a very generous, private, sunny terrace, with close proximity to pool and good restaurants. We especially liked Bella Roma. The owner was particularly helpful and friendly. We spent a very enjoyable 9 days here and would not hesitate to recommend this property.

p.s. We thoroughly recommend the island trip run by Miller Tours for 11 euros. There was a sales pitch but worth it for a trip around the island, lunch, glasses of wine, coffee, free bottle of wine and a delightful boat trip to view the dolphins...excellent value.

great apartment

stayed for 3 weeks in march at royal palm. had a great holiday & apartment was perfect. quiet at night yet not far from good bars & restaurants. pool bar is also very good.
complex pool only 20 metres from front door & gets sun all day long.
we have stayed in a few apartments over the years but this was the best.
will be back.

My partner & I realy enjoyed our stay at this lovely holiday apartment with everything to hand, swimming pool,shopping,bars & resturants even wheel chair access from street level.The gardens are wonderful & the owners were very friendly & helpful,we will cirtainly be visiting again.

This is a great apartment, huge terrace area for eating & sitting outside. Pool was straight in front, supermarket and plenty of bars/restaurants just down the road. (Taylors lounge was brilliant very friendly family run). All very comfortable there was 3 of us Adults and it was ideal.
